Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über eine neue Suite mit Kingsize-Bett, einen 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, ein eigenes Bad mit Granitarbeitsplatte und eine doppelte Terrassentür mit Zugang zu einer privaten Terrasse.

We arrived at check in time of 4pm and had not received the entry code by email and despite messaging host three times by voice mail and email, we had no response. We called corporate VRBO who contacted the host and we were finally able to access the property. Very stressful after long drive. The property was fine although a bit dark.

Great stay with great communication from a great host! Everything was perfect and as described would definitely stay again! We had to book last minute but there were no problems with any aspect of the stay. Greatly appreciated the opportunity to have hot showers an A/C as we rode out the damage from the storm!

Sea Pines paradise

As Hilton Head becomes more popular (and more crowded) during the summer, staying in the right location becomes more important. This home was biking distance to Harbor Town, South Beach, Sea Pines Beach Club, Coligny Beach, and a lot more. The house was spacious and the perfect size for our family of 5 plus dog. We also loved being right next to the forest preserve and seeing wildlife every day. Kathy and Dave were super responsive and helped us figure a few things out while we were there. All in all I highly recommend this house!

Beautiful House

Our family had an amazing week in Sea Pines. Being so close to the nature preserve and the beach was wonderful. We biked almost everywhere and played games in the evening in the spacious house. The house was perfect for our needs, beautifully decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay at this property again!! We can’t wait to come back hopefully next summer. This place is a gem.

A Perfect Vacation

Having stayed at a few VRBO's, I can say this one was the best our family has ever stayed at! The property was clean, well managed with excellent communication, and provided a perfect home base for my family-kids from 1-6, plus two sets of in laws to explore HHI. While we didn't use the bikes as the managing the kids (and older parents :) ) was more than my wife and I wanted to handle, we would definitely take advantage next time. Being a/b a mile from the beach, I would shuttle people to the beach access points and walk from the house briskly. I didn't mind the exercise since we had ice cream nearly every night, but for those without the extreme on the age spectrum, it is a very doable walk and/or bike ride. The house had EVERYTHING we needed or wanted PLUS MORE! The pack and play was a must with the baby, and there was even an attachable high chair that was a pleasant surprise. Some basic beach gear-chairs, toys, were a hit. Plus there were some games for the kiddos. With plenty of space to eat and cook meals, it took the stress out of trying to get a large group out to eat every night. The space was immaculate, comfortable, and there were ZERO complaints from anybody, a first for my family :) We were able to have fun full days and comfortable restful nights. Some of our live's sweetest memories were made on this trip. We cannot wait to come back!

Everything we needed in great location

The house had everything we needed and was in a good location in a quiet neighborhood. My family of four rode bikes all over Sea Pines and walked to the beach. The home was clean and well designed. The living area was very comfortable, and there was plenty of seating and table-space, both indoors and out. The large, deep sink and toaster oven in the kitchen were appreciated when preparing meals. We used one of the bikes at the house after paying the deposit to have access to them. All the bikes seemed well taken care of and in good condition. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Awesome Hilton Head vacation home

My family spent a wonderful, relaxing week in this beautiful vacation home. We enjoyed the spacious living/dining room area, the cozy bedrooms, and the well-equipped kitchen. Short Stay

We had a very nice time at this House while in Hilton Head for 4 nights. I had only one small disappointment with the House and that was that it did not have a fenced in area around the back of the property so we could let our small dog out. Had to take her for a walk down the neighborhood roads and at night it was easy to get lost coming back. No street lights and many trees; so pretty dark & disorienting. Other than that, we found the House very comfortable and located at a very central area close to activities, restaurants and walking/bike paths. I would recommend this place to any one traveling to Hilton Head.

It was our 46th Anniversary getaway. We stayed with another couple. We loved the location. Close to restaurants, grocery and short drive to Coligney Beach access. In the Midst of a Move

Our family rented this property for a week as we relocated from Maryland to Hilton Head. The location was ideal for us being close to both the school as well as the beach, etc. The home was well taken care of. There were some initial issues with the cleaning company but the owners immediately addressed the issues and were great to work with. Overall a great experience. The home was exactly as pictured and we would rent there again. Thanks!!

Great Trip

Overall nice property that is in a great location. Check in and check out is easy, has everything you need plus some added bonus with some beach gear (chairs, toys). It has bikes as well and although a few needed maintenance, the owner’s assisted.

Sea Pines escape

Lovely 3 bed 2 bath that comfortably housed our family for the week. Walk is about 15 minutes to beach or 5 minutes by bike. Public pool access is in South Beach marina-weekly family pass is $85 and daily family pass is $40-can be purchased onsite from the pool attendant. Lovely week and would definitely stay again

Beautiful stay

Very central location and lovely home. New furniture in the living room and tons of amenities especially for kids. Having the bikes and beach equipment available was amazing. The owners were very responsive and we had a great week!

We are very active and enjoy spending time together on family vacations. Our home in Sea Pines has been the perfect place to get away from work and our hectic schedules. While in Hilton Head we particularly enjoy exploring the Forest Preserve, riding bikes, the harbor town playground, and wiffleball games on the beach along with the many other amenities Sea Pines has to offer including - restaurants, recreational activities and shopping.

Short and simple - we had a great time while on vacation with friends at their home in Sea Pines/Lawton Woods. Decided to look at some homes for sale in the area, and the rest is history.

By far the most unique aspect of our home in Hilton Head is the fact we completely remodeled it from top to bottom. In the remodeling attention was paid to every detail imaginable to make our home a great place for us while on vacation and even more importantly a wonderful place for our guests to spend their precious vacation time.
