While this home is conveniently close to a number of local, all-ages attractions, enjoy plenty of sunshine and soothing sea breezes right at home on your shared patio complete with a gas grill for warm weather cookouts. Even the shared pool is a plus, perfect for a refreshing dip throughout your stay. Inside, the compact, but well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for quick snacks or favorite family recipes, while the dining table is perfect for rainy day board games!
You'll also find plush bedding, a private washer/dryer, cooling central air-conditioning, and streaming TV services for movie nights!

This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
