Welcome to our newly remodeled, centrally located 4-bedroom house in beautiful Colorado Springs! This stunning ranch-style house is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to explore everything this wonderful city has to offer.

Upon entering the main floor, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living room and fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the appliances and utensils you'll need to cook up a storm during your stay should you wish to do so. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating for entertaining and relaxing with a large 65-inch wifi connected flat-screen smart HDTV for entertainment.

The main floor also boasts two spacious bedrooms, one of which features a king bed and another with a queen bed. A pack-and-play is available for those traveling with an infant or toddler. A modern bathroom with a shower completes this level.

Descend to the basement and you'll find a family room perfect for movie nights or game tournaments, along with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. A second full bathroom with a shower is also located on this level.

Outside, you'll find a lovely patio area with plenty of seating and a grill for enjoying al fresco meals during warmer months. The back patio also hosts a hot tub to keep you warm and relaxed during the winter months or on those cold nights in the spring, summer, and fall. The hot tub can accommodate 6-7 guests.

We have a shed which is a little rundown in the backyard which is empty now but meant for garden supplies.

The driveway provides parking for up to two cars along with ample street parking for additional cars. Access for guests is through the main door and guests do not have access to the garage.

This is our home away from home when we are looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of Denver. We have done our best to equip the house with everything we need to be comfortable when away from our own home. We enjoy hiking through the Garden of Gods on warm days and taking our kids to the bowling alley located a stone's throw from home on those cold days.

Best of all, our home is conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Colorado Springs. In addition, this home is close to attractions, including the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Garden of the Gods, and Pikes Peak. You'll also be close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, making it easy to stock up on supplies during your stay.
