The Space:
Upstairs, the open-concept living space features high pine-beamed ceilings, a king and queen bed, a cozy gas fireplace, and a brand-new 75” Google Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps. The kitchenette includes a gas stove, Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, and dishware for four. Large windows and unique octagon accents frame serene forest and stream views, filling the space with natural light and warmth.

Step out onto your private deck and unwind in the Jacuzzi hot tub, surrounded by tall trees and sky. Whether it’s morning coffee or a peaceful evening soak, this space was designed to slow you down and help you breathe.

Downstairs, the game room brings out the fun with ping pong, foosball, board games, a retro arcade machine, a second smart TV, and comfy lounge seating. It’s the perfect place for rainy-day entertainment or relaxed nights in.

Both levels have their own mini split systems to keep the temperature just right—no matter the season.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full private access to the chalet, the hot tub, grill, and patio seating. Parking is available right outside the door for two vehicles. Shared access is available to the water via two docks, as well as to kayaks, paddleboards, and swimming areas on Belgrade Stream. A smart lock makes check-in simple and secure.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet lakeside neighborhood in Belgrade, Maine, the property offers a peaceful and private setting while still being just a short drive to Augusta, Belgrade Lakes Village, local restaurants, trails, and markets. The area is known for its natural beauty, wildlife, and laid-back atmosphere. Whether you’re exploring the lake or relaxing on the deck, you’ll be surrounded by nature at every turn.

Getting Around:
You’ll want a car to explore the surrounding area, with easy access to downtown Belgrade, Great Pond, and Augusta. Parking is available right next to the chalet, and most destinations are within a 15–25 minute drive. In the warmer months, you can launch kayaks or a paddleboard directly from the shore.

Other Things to Note:
• Private Hot Tub: Enjoy your own Jacuzzi hot tub located on your private upper-level deck. It’s available year-round and perfect for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding under the stars. The hot tub is not shared—it’s exclusively yours during your stay.
• Pontoon Boat Rental: A 22-foot pontoon boat is available to rent on-site (first come, first served). The cost is $399 per half day (8AM–12PM or 2PM–6PM) plus fuel. The boat is fully equipped with life jackets, a throw device, boarding ladder, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher. We’ll give you a complete safety and operation walkthrough before departure.
• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a $195 fee per stay. Please let us know ahead of time if you’re bringing one. We ask that pets are not allowed on furniture, and that guests clean up after them both indoors and outdoors to help keep the space beautiful for everyone.
• Ring Doorbell: There is a Ring doorbell camera mounted at the main house facing the shared driveway. It does not monitor guest spaces or the chalet.
• Fire Pit & Grill: A private gas grill and outdoor fire pit are available for your use. Firewood is not provided, so feel free to bring your own if you’d like to enjoy a campfire during your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We give guests complete privacy but are always available by message if you need anything during your stay. Whether it’s local recommendations, help with the pontoon, or a quick answer to a question, we’re here to make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
