Diese Wohnung befindet sich in einer 'Finca regia' (historisches Gebäude zu erhalten), komplett renoviert, mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Bad und Esszimmer (wenn Sie feststellen, dass unsere Wohnung ausgebucht ist, beachten Sie bitte unsere andere Wohnung mit Aufzug und in der Nähe der Sagrada Familia, größer, ruhig, Eigentum 3678125, überprüfen Sie bitte).

Gerade renovierte Wohnung in einer "Finca Regia", das ist eine historische Fassade, in der Innenstadt von Gràcia, einem Teil der Stadt Barcelona.

Im Stadtteil Gràcia befinden Sie sich inmitten aller Meisterwerke Gaudis, der Sagrada Familia, des Parc Guell und der La Pedrera (erstes Bild).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Torrent de l'Olla, in der Nähe der Plaça del Sol, des Marktes, der Verdi-Kinos, vieler Restaurants und all dieser Dinge in einer Designer- und Künstleratmosphäre.

Aus einer alten Wohnung haben wir eine einzigartige Atmosphäre geschaffen, die den Vintage-Teil und die neuesten Materialien mit handgefertigten Möbeln und Lampen und Designermöbeln und Lampen (Resol, My Oruga, Kare Design, Paul Neuhaus, Paulmann, Comes) kombiniert.

Die Klimaanlage und die Heizung, die guten Matratzen und der Balkon sorgen für ein paar entspannte Tage im pulsierenden Barcelona.

We were checking in for one day to go to the Barcelona Futbol game. They accommodated us needing to check in early and leave our bags in the place. Very easy to get to stadium from here due to metro green being close.

Excellent!
We stayed for one week in the apartment. Everything was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and the two squares on either side of us were filled with restaurants, cafes, and bars. The small Condis grocer had everything we needed and it was super easy to either hail an Uber from the front sidewalk or grab any green lit taxi driving by. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in a great part of the city, brilliant local festival and helpful hosts
We had a great stay in Gracia, luckily during the Festa Major local festival with decorated streets and music. The apartment had everything we needed and is well located to walk to Sagrada, Parc Guell, Casas Batllo, Pedrero and Vicens. The local ice cream parlours, coffee shops and bakeries were wonderful - recommend Dellaostia ice creams opposite.

The picture of the building on the listing is a bit misleading and on arrival thought this is not where i thought we were staying and therefore initially felt disappointed. However we loved the location, lots of lovely squares, artisan shops and great restaurants. On saturday the place comes alive with a great street market. The area is full of local people and we felt we had a true spanish experience. The apartment worked well and had everything we needed and was great value for money for Barcelona. Perfect stay in Gracia neighborhood
This apartment was perfectly located. We liked the fact that it was more of a neighborhood feel. We made ourselves comfortable in a space that fit our family of four (our kids are 8 and 10). It was clean and we really appreciated the AC of which there were two (one in Main LR and other in bedroom). We had dinner/snacks at some of the local places including the Gelateria on the corner and Cafe del Sol in the plaza about one block away. There's a little playground and it allowed out boys to entertain themselves and meet some other children. Mae who greeted us was very accommodating and let us drop our bags (even though the apt wasn't cleaned yet) - we were all exhausted after a long flight. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others - don't hesitate to book. Thanks for the warm welcome. We very much enjoyed our visit to BCN.

Nice accommodations! Central to everything. Had a full washer and dryer inside the unit. However the W/D room had mold. Full kitchen and nice bathroom. At every corner you can easily find coffee and fresh bread. Best Gelato a few doors away!!

Beautiful location!
Great trip from the beginning to the end. The host has THE BEST communication, anything you need they have answers. Gorgeous property, location. Everything is close by La pedrera, casa battlo, park guel , we even walked to Sagrada Familia one day. Everything is in the walking distance. Taxis are very cheap. Great rental
They were very accommodating with a early checkin and leaving our luggage at the end to accommodate for an Appointment at Casa Mila. All communication is by telephone which isnt’ always easy but we made out fairly well. Very close to metro which made moving around Barcelona fairly easy. Apartment very clean. Only problem was we couldn’t get the coffee maker to work which problematic for those of us that need the coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here! We had a family of 5, and we could have had 2 kids share the second double bed in the second bedroom, but instead used the sofa in the living room, which our daughter said was very comfortable. We loved the view and the location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Everyone was very friendly. Mae was wonderful and spoke perfect English, great for us Canadians! All the designed furniture and lamps was my wife's idea, I am always the tough guy dealing with suppliers to get the best prices :-)

Barcelona city is where we lived together, my wife Hélène and myself, from 1998 to 2002.

We moved to Sant Cugat suburb but we promised ourselves to trying to buy our own apartment in Gracia, to coming back to retire, and meanwhile renting it to people interested in knowing more about Gracia suburb and Barcelona as a whole.

As soon as you are in front of the building, you will see this old well preserved façade and you will see the iron hand-made door, 100 years old, and you will be in it.

Till we have not yet the elevator, you will go upstairs, all in iron hand-made, observing the vintage doors and the natural light coming from the roof, till you will be in front of your new house.

The flat has been refurbished with much love and for you and for us. We want to share it with you!

On the right side you will see the refurbished flat but trying to leave it as it was, 100 years ago. That means we 'saved' the floor and the roof (see pictures).

In front of you, you will the see hand-made furniture with old tiles made by Justo, and a porcelain lamp made by Arianna Russo, our italian artist friend.

On the left side, a perfect new kitchen and bathroom, with best materials and Bosch machines.

On the left side at the end, the other sleeping room, with a modern design style.

On both rooms my wife created the bed tables from old cupboards. The result is amazing, like a children's dream, you will see and experience it!

2 air conditioning and several heating machines will ensure you a comfortable stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwaves).

For children we offer games, books, high chair and bed for baby, if needed.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange for you the pick up at the airport and driving to the flat.
