Sol Searching is a stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beach cottage located in the highly sought-after Crystal Beach community in Destin, FL. This beach cottage is designed to provide a luxurious and comfortable experience for guests, with a wide range of amenities and a prime location just a 3-minute walk from the beach.

The cottage boasts a gorgeous pool area where guests can relax and soak up the sun. Parking is available for convenience, and beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided. Additionally, guests have a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Sol Searching is situated in the picturesque Crystal Beach community, known for its charming pastel-colored beach cottages. Within a short walk, guests can access several public beach access points and enjoy some of the best seafood restaurants in town. A very short walk takes you to several public beach access points as well as some of the best seafood restaurants in town.

Destin Commons is walkable and has all of your favorite stores and eateries as well as Whole Foods Market and Starbucks.

Take a short drive to Baytowne Wharf located along the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay, within the gates of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It features
an array of boutiques, eateries, galleries, and nightlife. Be sure to check out their events calendar for your travel dates, as they often have a jam-packed schedule of outdoor festivals and events for the entire family!

Also, be sure to visit the heart of old Destin and the Harborwalk Village adjacent to the picturesque Crab Island. Stroll along the boardwalk of Destin's famous fishing fleet to see the catch of the day come in!

Spend a day at the world famous Crab Island on the north side of the Destin Bridge where pleasure boats gather everyday to enjoy the translucent, waist-high emerald
green waters. This area is kid friendly! If you rent a pontoon, jet ski or kayak, you can join the party of floating restaurants and huge inflated playgrounds.

For a good bargain you can visit Silver Sands Outlet Mall just down HWY 98 5-10 minutes or so!

Be sure and check out Lulu's at the foot of the Mid-Bay Bridge. Lulu is Jimmy Buffet's sister, and she has created a veritable playground for children and adults alike. Southern fare at it's best! Huge Indoor/outdoor restaurant, large sandy area on the bay with rental SUPs and kayaks, seaplane rides, kids face painting and more!

Important Guidelines for Your Stay:

🔒 For your safety, the front of the property is equipped with exterior surveillance via a Ring Doorbell.

🚫 ALL GUESTS MUST BE LISTED ON THE RESERVATION, INCLUDING ADULTS, MINORS, PETS, AND VISITORS. Bringing unregistered guests may result in additional fees and, in some cases, the cancellation of your stay. Please note: No large gatherings, parties, or events are allowed at the property!

🗑️ Trash and Recycling Information:
- Trash pickup days are Tuesday and Friday. Trash bins MUST be placed out the night BEFORE (they come as early as 5 am!) to avoid missed collection.
- The bin with the yellow lid is for recycling only. No garbage or other waste should be placed in it.
- Recycling day is Tuesday only. No need to place the recycling bin out on Friday.
- Trash bins should be placed to the LEFT of the MAILBOX if you are FACING THE HOUSE.

⏰ REMEMBER: Put your trash bins out the night before pickup to ensure collection. Failure to do so may result in missed collection.

⚠️ FAILURE TO OBSERVE TRASH DAYS WILL INCUR A $250 WASTE REMOVAL FEE. (If you have to bring trash that “wasn’t yours” to the road, the same favor will likely be returned to you by the next guests!)

🐶 Dogs are welcome! However, please be aware of the following:
- Only one dog is permitted, and there is a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds unless prior approval has been given.
- Dogs must be house trained, and please do not bring any puppies.
- Make sure to include your dog's details on the reservation—failure to do so may result in a $250 fee.
- If your dog sheds or has accidents, please clean up after them. Any additional cleaning or damage caused by dogs will be handled through Airbnb Aircover.

💩 We kindly ask you to clean up after your pet. Our HOA has strict rules regarding pet waste, and leaving it outside may result in fines. If excessive pet waste is found after your stay, an additional fee will be charged for its removal.
Pet Rules: Only one dog under 50lbs allowed per reservation. Additional dogs can be approved at 30.00 per day, but this must be set up with host prior to booking. NO DOGS IN THE POOL. Violators will have their stay canceled and will need to find alternative accommodations. Clean up your pet waste, dispose of it in the outside bins properly bagged and tied off. Do not allow dogs on the beds, do not bring a pet that constantly barks or whines, do not bring a pet that sheds or has accidents. This is a large home and our cleaners do not have time in between reservations to clean up excessive dog hair and spot treat linens for stains. If your pet does shed or have accidents, clean up after your pet. Evidence of dogs on the beds will result in extra charges. Any extra cleaning or damage to bedding, floors, furniture, walls, or any other items or structure of the home will be 100% the guest’s responsibility! *Daily pet fees for extra pets are NOT applied to cover the cost of damages due to pets. Any damages would result in a resolutions case being opened with Airbnb to recover the cost.
