When it's time to unwind, relax in the sitting room with its comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The WiFi is fast and reliable, so you can easily stream movies or your favorite shows on your preferred platform.

The fully equipped kitchen ensures meal preparation is effortless, with an adjacent dining area to enjoy a sit-down meal or work on your laptop if necessary. You'll have all the essentials, including a coffee maker to kickstart your morning and a blender for those afternoon beachside mixers. For your laundry needs, a washer and drying rack is conveniently available inside the home.

When it’s time to rest, retreat to the cozy bedroom with a queen bed. The bedroom has air conditioning and a fan to keep you cool at night, and there’s loads of closet space to unpack and feel at home. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and lots of natural light. We’ve included nice towels and some bath essentials like shampoo, conditioner and soap.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $100 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please respect the neighbors.
- For a mid-stay cleaning, please contact us in advance for pricing and availability
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must climb stairs.
- A crib, high chair, and rental car are available for a fee. Just let us know in advance!
