My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Phoenix Lodge! The cabin was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. The location was perfect for exploring the Great Smoky Mountains, and we made so many unforgettable memories together. Jim and Jessica were fantastic hosts, very welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area, especially families and larger groups. We would absolutely love to stay here again! Thank you, Jim and Jessica, for such a wonderful experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Sevierville home with 10 family members. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts had thought of everything. The home was exceptionally well-equipped, comfortable, and meticulously clean.The mountain view from the deck was phenomenal and quickly became one of our favorite features. We also loved having the indoor pool—it was a huge hit with the kids, while also providing a relaxing and enjoyable space for the older members of our family.The home felt wonderfully secluded and peaceful. It gave us the perfect combination of privacy, beautiful scenery, comfort, and family fun.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a special place to make family memories!

We had the best time at Phoenix Lodge!

We had the best time at Phoenix Lodge! The house is beautiful, so clean & welcoming, and has an incredible view. There were 5 of us and our dog and everyone was super comfortable! The kitchen has everything you could need, the pool was so nice with the super hot weather in TN this week, and we enjoyed a movie night on the huge TV in the downstairs living room. The hosts are very responsive and answered very quickly every time we had a question. If you plan on staying here, don’t miss the sunrise & sunset on the back porch. We also saw 5 bears!! We are sad to leave & can’t wait to come back next year :)

Loved the view

Loved the view. Comfortable outdoor seating in the back to watch the sunset, and in the front to visit while grilling. Nice layout and enjoyed our family time playing basketball and volleyball in the pool. The hosts communication was on point and very responsive. Would definitely recommend

Great and beautiful place for a big or small group. Only suggestion is if bringing children possibly bring a baby gate as the stairs are steep and can be dangerous. Overall we loved it and hope to come back.

The cabin was perfect for our three families.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The cabin was perfect for our three families. It had enough space for the energetic young children, and the air hockey table and games kept them entertained. The kids were especially excited about the indoor pool. The surrounding area also offered a variety of activities to enjoy. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

We had an incredible time at Phoenix Lodge! The cabin was the perfect distance from town and was so peaceful and quiet. Our kids enjoyed the pool every day and loved playing games! While it was great going into town, we loved just relaxing at the cabin. If you do get out, our favorite activities around town are Anakeesta and Pirates Dinner Show. Thank you for having us!

It was perfect for our stay with our family. Enough space for 8 of us. Well stocked kitchen, cozy bedrooms (3 of them with bathrooms), total 4.5 bathrooms, pool, hot tub!! We loved it!!

Our family loved the privacy and beauty of this rental.

Our family loved the privacy and beauty of this rental. The hosts were very kind and friendly and super responsive. Even when we lost power from a storm there was an automatic generator ready and backed up for the down time. The pool was a big hit with our kids. The entire place was spotless on arrival. I can’t rave enough about the view and the peaceful atmosphere. We felt right at home and had a great time. While close enough to local tourism to do lots of activities, it was still private and far enough away to feel like a retreat when we went home for the day. Highly recommend this place.
