Any external services are prohibited. There is a fine of $900 per day if any terms or house rules agreement are breached. We have a very strict smoking policy, please refrain from smoking inside our property.

There is also a private parking around the block and in the same street as well. Uber & Taxi its best transportation, you will always find a parking at street for free in a near by location!

★ Extra towels & linen has a cost depending in amount requested, before requesting ask for pricing, is paid in cash at front desk you will need to swap as well the one we provided at the begining of the reservation. Please remember towels and linen are only for the use in the property and if they get stain they will be a charge of the items of replacement for overhead, shipping and delivery for $80 dollars per item and the water presure in all our apartments are normal not high presured.
