Casita Coqui is the perfect place to stay, unwind and enjoy an unforgettable vacation experience. This private 2nd floor casita sits on top of a beautiful Spanish modern mid-century home with a private entrance, huge private terrace and 1 parking space. This stylish and comfortable retreat is ready for you to relax on the hammock, create memories with friends and family and enjoy some laughs, music and beautiful sounds of the Coqui’s under our magnificent star lit sky.
A fully air conditioned modern and eclectic design with 2 bedrooms that sleeps up 4 ( 1 bedroom has it’s own private entrance directly to the Terraza as well.) a stylish living room with a large smart t.v., a spacious sectional sofa and amazing island breezes when the windows are opened at night. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, full sized refrigerator and eating area makes it easy to cook up and enjoy a delicious meal or whip up some fun cocktails. You’ll fall in love with the luxurious bathroom that includes a sophisticated shower with many jets that you’ll enjoy as you wash away the sand from the beach and admire your glowing tan. Each bedroom includes a queen sized “dream sleep” mattress with premium bedding, a dresser, closet and smart t.v. You’ll enjoy the gorgeous terrace over looking San Juan, The famous Hiram Bithorn Stadium (where you can hear live performances from artist performing such as Bad Bunny to Karol G.) and is located only 5 min. from Las Americas Mall, 12 min. away from Condado Beach/Isla Verde and the airport and 35 min. to Luquillo beach. Uber/Taxi service is also accessible. Come un-wind with friends and family as you enjoy the brilliant sky view and at night you can star gaze and relax on the hammock and enjoy the soothing sounds of the Coqui’s. Cafe Bustelo is our favorite coffee and is provided for you to enjoy. Have a cup on the terraza in the morning as you plan your day on La Isla Del Encanto, Puerto Rico. Comfortable for parties of 1-4 or a family with children. A pet may be allowed upon approval and pet fee. Have an early flight in or late check out, let us know in advance to accommodate. We offer each service upon approval and fee. Jerry and I live on the 1st floor of the house and love to welcome everyone to enjoy the Private Casita.
