The Arrington cabin is the perfect choice for those seeking a luxurious yet rustic experience in the heart of Hochatown. Situated on over an acre of land, this two-story cabin offers a serene and peaceful environment surrounded by tall pines. With 3 bedrooms, including 2 King and 1 Queen, and 2 bathrooms, there is ample space for a comfortable stay. The cabin features walk-in closets in each bedroom, providing plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The great room is the ideal space for spending quality time with family and friends. It boasts a large leather sofa, a leather loveseat, and a gas fireplace, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Entertainment is taken care of with a big-screen HDTV and a collection of books for all ages. For added comfort, there are throw blankets available to snuggle up with.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped to meet all your needs. The dining table can accommodate up to 8 people, perfect for enjoying meals together. Additionally, there is an island with seating for 2, providing a convenient spot for quick bites or casual conversations. The full-size pantry ensures you have all the essentials for your stay, and the kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dinnerware, and more. Cleaning up is a breeze with dish soap and dishwasher detergent provided.

The master bedroom on the ground floor offers a luxurious retreat. It features a comfortable king-size bed, nightstands on both sides and a large dresser for your belongings. The spacious walk-in closet not only provides ample storage but also includes hangers and games for your entertainment. A lounge chair offers a cozy spot to relax, and a big-screen HDTV ensures you can unwind with your favorite shows. With direct access to the patio, you can step outside and enjoy the fresh air at your convenience.

The property also offers various recreational activities for guests to enjoy. A built-in fire pit creates a cozy atmosphere for gathering around and roasting marshmallows or sharing stories. A horseshoe pit is available for friendly competitions, while ladder ball offers a fun and engaging game for all ages. Additionally, a seesaw and children's playset are provided, ensuring that younger guests have plenty of entertainment options during their stay. General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Baby gate available in laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 6, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
