The building itself is only 32 units and 2 units per floor. This allows for privacy and less congestion. Beautiful balcony overlooking the gulf.

All 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms so there is plenty of privacy. There is a king in the master and second bedroom. The third is a full bunk bed (250 lb weight limit up top) with a pull out twin trundle. Each bedroom has a TV. The living, dining, and kitchen are open concept with plenty of space for relaxing and eating. The dining table seats six with an additional 4 at the bar and a table and chairs for 4 outside.

Downstairs you will find an outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. There is a fitness center. Behind the pool there is a dock with first come first serve boat slips and shaded areas for fishing. There is a fish cleaning area, electricity and benches for you enjoyment. We have fishing poles and a tackle box available for you. Across the street is private beach access. Chairs and umbrellas are available in the condo or you can rent on the beach.
