Country getaway, light filled 3-bedroom cottage, private 60' pool with sweeping farm valley views, plus guest studio. Nestled on 7 acres of nature, where a flock of chickens and one very friendly free ranging turkey welcome you with fresh eggs every morning. Enjoy the pool, BBQ, fire pit, apple orchard, pond, outdoor shower and screened porch overlooking distant mountain ridge views. Warren is in rural Litchfield County, within a 2-hour drive from NYC.

Comfortable gas heating and wood burning Swedish stove in the winter. In the summer months, air conditioning provided by two window units, one in the living room, one in bedroom 2, pedestal fans also provided for bedroom 1 and bedroom 3.
DRIVING & PARKING:
Our private driveway is paved with room for multiple tandem parking. During winter, a snowplow comes to clear snow from the uphill driveway.
POOL & LAWN
Lawn is mowed weekly, flower beds tended weekly by a professional gardener, chickens tended to by off-site groundskeeper though you are more than welcome to pay them visits and give them healthy treats. Please Note: OUR ROOSTERS DO CROW
Pool serviced once a week. Please Note: if you wish to heat the pool, a surcharge will be applied based on usage.
Guest access
The garage is used for storage and not useable guest space.
The large bonfire pit in the rear yard is NOT to be utilized by guests. A small metal fire pit is located next to the pool for your enjoyment.
Other things to note
Pool heating is available at additional cost based on usage, typically $300 for weekend or $500 for week usage.
