On the ground floor, you'll find ample covered parking, an outdoor shower for rinsing off beach sand, a private pool, a shuffleboard court, and a welcoming entryway with a foyer. The main floor is an open space featuring a living room with balcony access, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The primary bedroom on this floor exudes luxury with a king and twin-size bed and an ensuite bath complete with dual marble walk-in showers, a deep soaking tub, a double vanity sink, and a dressing table. The room's design speaks of relaxation and indulgence. An additional king bedroom on this floor has its own ensuite bath, offering a sanctuary of comfort and privacy.
