Das olympische Schwimmbecken ist jetzt von 07:00 bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet. Besitzer betrieben und gewartet (Gabriel)! Extra saubere Wohnung! Wir sind direkt am Meer !. Echte Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer am Strand / Meer mit Queensize-Bett und Schlafsofa in voller Größe am besten Strand und dem besten Gebäude in Isla Verde. Es verfügt über eine neue (im Mai 2015 installierte) zentrale Klimaanlage und brandneue Möbel. Voll ausgestattete Küche (gerade installiert, November 2015 Quarz-Arbeitsplatten) genau wie zu Hause. Tommy Bahamas Liegestühle, Strandlaken / -matte, Strandspielzeug und Kühler. Wir haben BLACK-OUT-Vorhänge für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Marbella Del Caribe Este (Ost) ist eine der gefragtesten Eigentumswohnungen. Es befindet sich am "Strip" auf der Isla Verde Avenue, wo es viele Restaurants, Casinos, Banken, Autovermietungen und ein 24-Stunden-Walgreens (auf der anderen Straßenseite) gibt, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Kostenlose sichere Tiefgarage mit einfachem Zugang zu den Aufzügen. Ein Auto ist für unseren Standort NICHT erforderlich, es sei denn, Sie möchten die wunderschöne Insel erkunden!

Der Komplex bietet rund um die Uhr Sicherheit, Zugang zum gleichen Strand wie das Intercontinental Resort Hotel und das El San Juan Hotel zum halben Preis. Auf dem privaten Gelände befinden sich ein olympischer Swimmingpool, ein Kinderbecken, ein Tennisplatz sowie ein Volleyball- / Basketballplatz Gericht, Spielplatz, Picknicktische und Grill. Indoor-Parkplatz mit direktem Aufzug Zugang zur Wohnung. Wir bieten Liegestühle.

Die Wohnung ist 10 Minuten entfernt und ein Taxi kostet 17 US-Dollar (Uber kann nicht abgeholt werden) vom internationalen Flughafen San Juan (KEIN Fluglärm) und ist nur 15 Minuten von Condado und 20 Minuten von der Altstadt von San Juan entfernt. In der Nähe der wichtigsten Autobahnen für den einfachen Zugang zur gesamten Insel.

Quick beach getaway

Can't get much better than this. Condo is right on the beach with a view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony. The beach was amazing and weather was perfect. Gabriel was extremely communicative and available to assist with any questions or suggestions we had. We needed a little relaxation and an easy trip and it certainly exceeded our expectations.

Nice place

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Gabriel was a very attentive host. He had great communication and check in on us to make sure everything was ok. The beach is very clean and large. We did a few activities in Fajardo and the drive was 50-60 mins, which we did not mind. We would stay here again.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this location. The check-in process was seamless & easy to understand. The building itself was very secure, and we felt safe at all times. The apartment is SO CLEAN, which was important to us. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location in Carolina was perfect - close enough to everything we wanted to do. A huge plus is how close the grocery store is - it's full service & has everything you would need. It was similar to the one we go to at home, which was nice.The beach was absolutely beautiful, and also very clean. Chairs & umbrellas were readily available and reasonably priced. The pool was also clean & well cared for, and was the perfect temperature. Gabriel was in touch several times to makes sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend!!!

Very clean and well equipped for vacation with excellent access to beach with palm shade tree's. Well maintained large pool. Many restaurants walking distance varied price range. Car rental across street but not necessary. Good owner communication as to any questions. Would stay again same place.

Beautiful stay and great host

Prime real estate right on the beach! Beautiful views of the shore right from the balcony. Room was stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy the views. Air conditioning was strong and kept the room comfortable. Definitely do not need a car to stay here… everything is in walking distance. The host was very responsive and stayed in touch for the entirety of our trip. We hope to return soon!

Great ocean view condo in Isla Verde

We loved our stay in this well equipped condo. It was as described and very clean. The owner is very responsive. Great partial view of the beach and ocean, which also has easy beach access. Perfect location for quick drive from the airport, and short uber ride to Old San Juan. Less than an hour to the entrance of the El Yunque rainforest by car. Huge Walgreens right across the street and several dining choices within walking distance. The building was safe and secure. Would definitely stay again.

Best Stay!

I'm not really sure where to start, so I'll start with the condo owner. As soon as I booked our stay we immediately received a call from Gabriel to thank us for booking their place and to answer any questions we might have. That in itself made me feel confident that I made the right choice and I was not wrong! Prior to our arrival we received instructions on location, accessing the condo, dining options, and places to see. Once at the condo we found the rooms were clean spacious and the pool/beach view are as shown in the pictures. There were clean beach towels, coolers and beach chairs for our use. The Mirabella Este has secure underground parking for our car. I do think the location is one of the best in Isla Verde. The best review I can give is to say all is exactly as advertised and pictured. We are considering going again for a longer stay and I would not consider staying anywhere else! It was just what we wanted.

We had a great time. The ocean view from the bedroom, living room and balcony is amazing. BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY, EXCELLENT HOST!

From beginning, to during, to the end of the stay, Gabriel and the property exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless and in well order. We did not take the opportunity to cook, but anything you may need during your stay is available. Just steps to the beach, was very convenient. The beach front was very clean. Jet skis, umbrellas available for rent, but Gabriel has beach chairs, small coolers for use. Perfect stay! Will definitely return! Thank you Gabriel!

Right on beach!

Had a great stay at this unit right on the beach with a (slightly angled) ocean view. Wonderful hosts. The unit is very well kept as is the pool for the building. The overall building is a little dated (esp the hallways on the floor). Very convenient to old san juan (less than $10 uber). Overall had a great stay.

Perfect location

We had a beautiful long weekend in PR staying here! The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The pool and beach were perfect. It was super close to the airport and a great location to go out and explore. Gabriel was very helpful, responsive, and communicative. Made our first visit to PR a great experience! Playa Papaya right across the street was a fantastic coffee/breakfast/brunch spot that we visited every day. Highly recommend!

Awesome view

My daughter and I stayed here for four nights. The condo was roomy and comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome. The beach was a few steps away where you could rent umbrellas and loungers at a very reasonable price. Gabriel left a helpful list of local places to eat that were close by. Lovely condo with attentive owner communication

Two of us stayed in this condo and it was a perfect fit for us - close to anything we needed: the beach, a pool, restaurants and shopping. The building is very secure with multiple places to scan the key. We especially appreciated the communication with the owner who not only gave us details on how to check in/check out but recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. We enjoyed this super clean, charming condo located on Isla Verde beach. Walk out to the beach from a secure building - doesn't get any better! The location is convenient with restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The owner was super communicative, answered questions quickly and even had restaurant recommendations! We live in Brooklyn New York but plan to spend several months at our condo during winter once we retire.
Currently we go down 2-4 times per year to enjoy the beautiful beach and island but also to make sure the condo is in top condition at all times.
Not just a rental place!!

We purchased this property because of the beautiful beach/condominium. The location is fantastic. We are about 10 minutes from San Juan's International Airport , 15 minutes away from Condado, and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Hotels, shopping, entertainment are all within 2 blocks of the building. Water sports are available right on the beach. We have been coming to P.R. for over 20 years and this has always been our favorite building. The 3 mile beach is great for morning walks/runs and it is cleaned (tractor raked) every morning. Future winter retirement home!
