OCEAN POOL CLOSURE:
Please know, the Garden Pool will remain open, however, Crabbe Services will begin work on improvements at the Ocean Pool on April 28th. The ocean pool will remain closed from Monday, April 28th through Friday, May 9th, with an anticipated reopening the morning of Saturday, May 10th, sooner if all goes well. The project will include removal of the temporary sandbag wall, extending the white retaining wall to the sidewalk and filling in the void from the new wall to the entrance of the pool with concrete. This is construction and it will generate intermittent noise during workday hours. At different times, please observe cones, barriers, or instructions for limited, brief closures on the beach whenever equipment is being transported across the beach between the north fire lane turnaround and the ocean pool. The sand from the bags will be used to replenish sand on the primary beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
