Our property offers complimentary parking in the driveway, with no street parking allowed. It features central heating and air conditioning, and we provide all the essentials, including linens and towels. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Other amenities include an iron, hair dryer, and free cable TV and internet. As a welcoming gesture, we provide starter supplies such as paper towels, dish sponges, dish detergent, trash bags, and a new toilet paper roll in each bathroom. You'll also find soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms. Compass Bay Resort is ideally situated, just a 10-minute drive from Walt Disney World® and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. The resort is conveniently close to golf courses, shopping, dining, and local theme parks. Compass Bay features two shaded playground areas for kids, outdoor BBQ grills with a scenic pond view, and select villas offer lakefront and water views from their lanais. The family-friendly community also boasts a spacious community pool with pool cabanas on the resort property. Additionally, you'll discover two gazebos on the resort grounds, one near Seaview Castle Drive and another tucked away off Dominica Drive.

Please note the following:

- This home is non-smoking, and pets are strictly not allowed. Violation of this policy will result in a minimum $400.00 charge against the security deposit.

- Starter supplies provided include 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small bar soap in each bathroom, personal hygiene items, dish soap/sponge, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.

- Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. The unit will be professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in, with clean sheets and towels provided. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

- This house is self-catering, so we recommend a visit to the nearest supermarket for additional personal toiletries and meals. Florida law prohibits leaving open food in refrigerators or kitchen closets, so food items are removed after guests check out. Condiments and coffee powder are not provided before check-in.

- Excessive cleaning requirements or double cleaning will incur a $100.00 charge."
