Bellaire Meadows is located in the quiet, serene community of Summit Village, part of the Shanty Creek Resort. Whether you're seeking adventure in the great outdoors or simply looking to relax and unwind amidst stunning surroundings, now is the perfect time to experience the magic of Bellaire Meadows. Bellaire Meadows has all you need to vacation with ease. Prior to your arrival, you will be provided with an ALL-INCLUSIVE DIGITAL GUIDE where you can find detailed information about Bellaire Meadows itself as well as the surrounding area and seasonal activities. A digital check-in code will be included in your guide as well as directions to this lovely property.

Garage loft space game room! Access through door at back of the garage next to the hot tub! Head to the private bathroom to the left or upstairs to the game room. Game room currently includes air hockey table, Pac-Man video game (plus other game options on same unit), 65" ROKU TV, bean bag seating, coffee table with seating for family game night (games provided) and giant Connect-4 game as well! Loft space has an window AC unit for those hot summer months and baseboard heating for the winter.

Entry into the home will have you standing in the first of 2 gathering spaces. With ample seating and a TV to view via ROKU guests can engage in conversation and/or a family movie night. Foosball and indoor basketball shooting for two provides hours of family fun competions. For the "thinkers" in the group, a quiet seating area offers chess/checkers and a magnetic Scrabble game. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and notes cheery, sunny colors where you can wake up refreshed and ready for the days adventures. A long hallway leads to the 2nd, much larger, gathering space. Down this hallway you will encounter a full bath with stacked LG washer/dryer, shower product dispensers as well as detergent/fabric softener for your use. In this laundry/full bath is located the pass for the indoor pool/spa and beach club as well as beach towels for your use while staying at Bellaire Meadows. Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 are down this hallway as well. They both have king size beds with coral tones/relaxing wall art in bedroom #2 and cool blue tones in bedroom #3.

The 2nd, larger, gathering area includes the kitchen, large dining area and comfortable sofa seating area with a 65" ROKU TV so you can watch all your favorite streaming platforms. This area offers a beautiful, extensive view of the Summit Golf Course and the 5th hole! Through the doorway off this area is access to a large deck that extends across the back of the house. A propane BBQ is provided for your use! A fire pit is located off this deck with limited seasoned, stacked wood for your use.

Up the stairs you will find bedrooms #4 and 5 as well as another full bath with beautiful tile shower and dispensers for all your showering needs. The largest bedroom is upstairs and has a large, glass doorwall with access to an outdoor balcony on which to enjoy your morning coffee or after dinner cocktail. A small seating area is provided for 2 to enjoy. A ROKU TV is available. The house would not be complete without a space upstairs for the little ones. Bedroom #5 boasts a cheery decor with L-shaped bunk beds.

For the younger guests, 2 Pack N Plays are available as well as a high chair for the kitchen! Child safe dishware is stored in the kitchen cabinets. A retractable baby gate is located at the base of the stairs for your child's safety.

Guests will have access to the entire home EXCLUDING the basement.

**Please note that the outdoor patio furniture, BBQ and firepit chairs are not available until the third weekend in May 2025**

**Firewood is NOT provided but can be purchased locally.

Ample parking on long, paved driveway leading up to house. Short drive to Lakeview Hotel where you can take free Shanty Creek Shuttle Service to Schuss Village, Schuss Mountain and downtown Bellaire. Parking area provided for all guests traveling with RVs, ATVs, boats and/or snow mobiles.

*NO overnight parking is allowed on any Summit Village road - PLEASE USE DRIVEWAY ONLY!
*Trailer/boat/RV parking ONLY ALLOWED in designated area
*NO fireworks of ANY kind are permitted
*NO trespassing on neighboring properties
*A noise monitoring device is located in the main living space and guests will be notified for loud noise that may be disturbing to the neighbors
*Security cameras are located on front of garage and back of garage overlooking golf course area.

*Violations of HOA rules/restrictions will be addressed by local Sheriff Department as needed. If the Sheriff Dept responds to a complaint at rental property, fines will be imposed
First offense: $250
Second offense: $500
IMMEDIATE termination of tenancy if indicated

*Loss of beach pass will require a replacement fee of $100
*Loss of pool pass will require a replacement fee of $500
