All rooms have an exit to the terrace.

Arrivals after 23:00 are surcharged 15 EUR.

Smoking is not allowed.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its terrace.

Free street parking is available in front of the house or 1-3 minutes walking from the apartment.

There are no shared areas in or around the house.

This apartment is just 4 minutes walk to the closest beach.

Famous Znjan beach, one of the most popular beaches in Split is less than 10 min walking from the apartment.

It's ideal for both families and young people area has lots of restaurants and beach bars.

Bus station is 8 min walking from the apartment.

It takes about 5 min of public transport ride to the center of Split.

Stay from 11th to 15th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.
