Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida - Crescent Beach. Dieses 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad Villa Duplex ist 1000 sq. Ft. Wohnzimmer, Essecke, komplett eingerichtete Küche (alle Geräte), Lanai. Zentrale Wärme / ac. Das Gerät verfügt über ein Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten, Schlaf. 3-Fernseher. Es ist gegenüber von unserem großen, beheizten Swimmingpool und ist auf der 2. Etage. Dieses Gerät ist kurzer Spaziergang zu den kristallblauen und weißen Sandstränden. Die attraktive Anlage liegt an der breitesten Stelle des Crescent Beach. Der Blick ist malerisch und die Sonnenuntergänge sind herrlich. Es gibt 2 Strandkabinen, Liegestühle und eine malerische Strand Innenhof mit Shuffleboard. Es gibt auch einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Pool, Tischtennis, Airhockey. Besuchen Sie das Island House Beach Resort und machen Ihren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen ein.

Phenomenal white sand, water and cleanliness. Fantastic grilling options, however would have been nice to have been more centrally located. Walkable options for meals and free shuttle/trolley available. Nice to have screened outdoor seating area. Beautiful property!

it's not my favorite villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love island house every year I come with my family, this year I did not book early and I had to choose villa 10B and I really did not like it! the beds are very uncomfortable and the pots and kitchen utensils are very worn and old. With respect to the place in general, I have no complaints and the maintenance staff is very friendly.

Cockroaches!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet going up the stairs into the 2nd floor condo I think used to be a tan colour now it is so stained and disgusting it's probably 45 years old really needs to be updated. There were Cockroaches and palmetto bugs. The kitchen cabinet door was falling off. You had to hold the toilet handle down till it flushed all the way.

The management staff was always friendly and helpful.Th village is a short distance away on Siesta Key . We would highly recommend villa 10 as it can be a 2 or 4 bedroom depending on what you would like to book. It’s one stand alone villa that is 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs.

Excellent

Great unit in a great complex. Partial ocean view, 2-3 minute walk to spectacular beach, nice pool, and family friendly. Unit has functional kitchen (pots/pans, dishes/bowls, glasses, etc). Only criticism is lack of kitchen "basics" - sponge, scrub brush, salt/pepper, etc., but minor issue compared to every other positive feature.

Love the location

Our villa was too close to the office and all the action...Too many cars coming and going...Loved the proximity to the gulf and the chairs and sand...beautiful beach!!! Our villa, 10B could use an update on furniture and fixtures...all a little worn but useable...All staff were friendly and courteous...We had a nice time!!!
