Naples Bay Resort & Marina is a luxury property nestled on the shores of the bay, with a complimentary, hourly resort shuttle connecting you to historic downtown Naples (less than a mile), Naples Beach (a mile and a half), and 3rd Avenue's charming shops, restaurants, and farmers market (less than two miles). The manicured grounds include five heated pools (a family pool among them), a lazy river, a Technogym/Peloton fitness facility, a tennis center, a Topgolf Swing Suite, a full-service spa, a marina where you can book fishing and sunset charters, a poolside restaurant and bar, other dining options, and rentals for kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, cabanas, and luxury boats.

Greet each sunny South Florida day outside on your screened balcony, a lovely spot to linger with your morning coffee, sit down for an alfresco breakfast, and read the newspaper in peace.

Spend the day enjoying 5th Avenue's shops, restaurants, and entertainment (one mile west) before returning home to a richly furnished, centrally air-conditioned living space. The interior is immaculately decorated, bringing together a light-filled living room with a cable TV and plush seating, a breezy dining area, and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The adjoining den is the perfect spot to log onto the WiFi and catch up on email at the desk.

Both bedrooms have their own cable TVs and full bathrooms, one of which is a primary suite with direct access to the balcony. A washer/dryer is on hand as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
