The Space:
You will enjoy coming back to this spectacular 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom fully equipped condo. As you enter this fantastic condo, there is a stairwell going down and one going upstairs. Walking downstairs will take you to the open floor plan living room and dining area leading out to the balcony equipped with BBQ. This level also has a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom as well as a in suite washer and dryer.
Upstairs is a large lofted Master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, 28' TV with Netflix. Have the top floor to yourself with a 2nd full bathroom on this floor. Please note that the master bedroom and one bathroom are located on the top floor, accessible by stairs, this bedroom is a little warm as it is a loft even with the portable AC in the living room
Whether you're starting your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony or watching the stunning sunset in the evenings, this condo offers unobstructed mountain views that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and inspired.
Your private condo is equipped with:
- King Bed in the Primary bedroom with a 28' Smart TV. ( this room tends to be a little warmer as it is a loft)
- Two Twin beds in the 2nd Bedroom,
- Sofa pull out bed in the living room,
- New 50' Smart TV in the living room (Dedicated Wifi & sports channels)
- Portable Air Conditioning unit in the livingroom
- Fully equipped kitchen,
- Dinning space for 6 people.
- 2 full bathrooms, one with a bath tub
- Desk with a view in 2nd bedroom for remote workers.
- Washer & Dryer in the condo.
- Underground parking with 7'6 entrance for larger vehicles,
- Outdoor heated swimming pool
- 3 hot tubs around the complex,

The condo is also easily walkable to shops of Canmore, Main Street, the new Bridgette Bar in Spring Creek. Easy drive to Norquay, Banff, Kananaskis and Lake Louise. Or simply stay in and enjoy the beautiful unobstructed mountain views on the balcony where you can enjoy and coffee in the morning or watch the stunning sunset in the evenings.
Other things to note:
Pool and hot tubs are open year round!! (Shared Space, First come first serve)
Guests have to climb stairs, Master bedroom & one bathroom are on the top floor, please consider before booking.
Recent (2025) updates to this condo include new flooring, new beds, new TV's, new appliances.
