Oceanfront home with majestic views and 5 bedrooms

Majestic and unobstructed ocean views from the spacious decks on all 3 floors and a private hot tub located on the 1st floor oceanfront deck. An elevator reaching all three floors makes easy work of bringing in all the luggage and groceries. On the first floor is a very well stocked kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed, full bath, living room with plenty of seating for your party as well as a large dining table and bar seating to accommodate everyone. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 2 oceanfront rooms have access to the 2nd floor oceanfront deck. The third floor is a private king size bedroom and full bath along with a private oceanfront deck with miles and miles of views! On the ground floor there is wet weather entry into the house, carport, a hot/cold enclosed shower, a large propane grill and space to put your beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas for your stay. Each bedroom has its own TV and access to YouTube TV with live streaming of 100+ channels you will be sure to find your favorite movies and shows. For nights spent inside or rainy days, there is a large selection of games and puzzles to enjoy. Enjoy yourself on the beautiful, pristine beach or swimming in the community pool.

All beds have been replaced with upgraded premium hybrid mattresses to ensure your sleep is truly restorative during your vacation. There is plenty of deck furniture on all decks so that you can enjoy the amazing views from right outside the door.


Beach accessories are not provided but we do offer a rental package that includes:
* 4 high beach chairs
* 4 low beach chairs
* 3 beach umbrellas
* 2 wave storm bodyboards
* 1 Heavy duty beach wagon cart.
Please reach out if you are interested in renting the accessory package! Items are not available to be rented individually and must be rented as a package.

* The pool is typically open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October and is shared between 6 duplexes(including ours). Due to county requirements and inspection schedules, opening and closing dates cannot be guaranteed. Pool schedule can also not be guaranteed in the event of an unexpected closure out of our control.

*The private hot tub on the 1st floor oceanfront deck is open and available for use year-round!

* Parking is available for 5 vehicles.

* No pets are allowed in this vacation rental.

* We utilitize a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

* You must be 25 years old or older to rent this property.
