NOTE: Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

NOTE: Outdoor Pool Water Feature Fixture Painting - Temporary Pool Closure

-the outdoor pool along with the small kiddie pool will be closed beginning on Monday, April 28th and the large pool will open back up again on Thursday, May 1st, once the pool is open the water features as well as the kiddie pool will remain off until Monday, May 5th to allow for the full 7 day cure time.
