You have found your ehappy place! Our unit is located on the upper East side on the 14th floor in the C tower ( east tower) The view is simply breathtaking! Unit is clean and well maintained. The Summer of 2016 is our first time to ever rent our unit. It is truly our home away from home. The decor is light and refreshing , cheerful yet elegant.
We work closely with our service team to ensure that we maintain a level of cleanliness that we expect when we arrive, for every one of our guests. We see you as an extension of our family and hope to establish a long-term relationship like we have with so many families already. We are gracious hosts and will strive to make this your most memorable vacation ever!

There is private balcony access from the living area as well as the master suite and every other bedroom. Enjoy the direct view of the Gulf from your private hot tub on the balcony or kick back and enjoy the breeze from the comfortable loungers. The outdoor balcony grill make it easy to prepare the perfect meal!
There is a one time parking fee (per the condo owner association ) of $50 per car for the entire stay. When you make your reservation , you are only paying for one. We will reach out to you before your visit to see if you need another. We will send you a link at a later date to pay. If you have more than 2 cars, you will need to speak to security at check in for options.
The Turquoise Place Board of Directors has made a change to the parking policy: Beginning Thursday, May 17th, 2018 and operating year round, there will be a three tiered paid parking system in place for any Owner and/or guest bringing more than 2 vehicles. As before, all units will have one numbered space and the use of a second, unnumbered space. Additional vehicles will be able to utilize one of the following three options: 1. In the garage- any additional unnumbered spaces available will be offered for a fee of $25 per night on a first come, first served basis. 2. Church lot (Christian Life Church on Canal Rd)- parking will be available in this lot at no charge. 3.. ******NO advanced reservations allowed- all available options are on a first come, first served basis. You can't make additional parking arrangements until arrival . You will work directly with security for all additional vehicle arrangements*****All lots still follow the same parking guidelines including no RVs, campers, buses, trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. Passes for the East and Church lots will be available for purchase at the Key Desk at the time your guests receive their regular parking passes. The Board of Directors asks that this exact verbiage be included on all websites providing rental services for units, as well as all guest communications (such as rental agreements, etc.) to ensure that all guests understand the parking options before they arrive on site.
The master bath tub jacuzzi jets aren't working and will not be repaired. The tub can be used a large soaking tub.
