The Space:
The main level features a sun room style dining area, open concept living room and kitchen, full bathroom, and two queen size bedrooms. Windows surround the main level, providing natural light at all times of day.
The upper level features a queen size bed and two twin beds, with plenty of quiet space for recharging. A new, energy efficient heat and air conditioning unit provides comfort in all seasons.
The lower level features a bathroom with a rainfall walk in shower, oversized washer, and dryer. Enjoy a cozy evening in the curling club styled basement with comfortable leather couches, TV, bar area, and electric fireplace. You will also find another oversized bedroom with a queen bed and desk.
A queen size air mattress with clean linens is available for extra sleep space. A Graco pack and play with bassinet insert is also available for young children.
The home has a fenced-in backyard with patio set, LP grill, fire pit, and LP firetable.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all three levels of the home, backyard, front yard, and front porch.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is residential, quiet, and safe. It is two blocks from Tower Ave., which includes access to a variety of stores and services.

Getting Around:
Guests have access to two off street parking spots in addition to free street parking. A city bus stop is located 2 blocks from the house on Tower Ave. for guests who plan to use public transportation. Uber and Lyft also services the area.
Other Things to Note:
There are two stairways in the home with railings. Due to the age of the home, stairways are more steep than typical new construction homes. Please note for accessibility purposes.
