LOCATION: This home is tucked away just off the main Beach Road amongst a new 2023 waterfront neighborhood development of approximately ~35 houses on the central/central east side of Orange Beach about 2 miles west of Perdido Pass & Alabama Point public beach. The Neighborhood sits directly on Cotton Bayou. Beach access is a short walk westward (0.4miles) and across the street with a dedicated pedestrian crosswalk. Driving Directions: From 161 southbound (Orange Beach Blvd) in Orange Beach, Turn East (left) onto Perdido Beach Blvd and go 0.3 miles. Turn Left into The Osprey. Immediately turn to the right. #3164 Egret Run is on your right. Parking is available under the home for 3 vehicles & directly left of the home for 2 additional vehicles. No RV, Oversized vehicles, trailers, camper, boats, etc permitted. EV Outlet is located under the home in the carport. No Chargers are provided. Please note, there is not a dedicated pedestrian crosswalk directly at the entrance at this location. Orange Beach Paradise
This property was perfect for our family! It housed six adults and three children with room to spare. Not only was it spacious, but the amenities were top notch! The fact that there was a bathroom next to every room allowed us to get dressed quickly for all activities. Polly answered all my questions immediately and with such a positive attitude. Getting to the beach access was super easy, and if you don’t feel like going to the beach, the pool on the property is lovely. We would book this property again in a heartbeat!

Close to everything
Easy stay and very close to everything. Great restaurants nearby and groceries right down the street. The pool is fantastic and the beach is a short walk are 3 minute drive. The on going construction was a not an issue. This home is very roomy with a large kitchen and living area. The only thing I would recommend is to provide grill cleaning tools. I would absolutely recommend this home to friends and family.

It was Amazing!
We so enjoyed our stay at The Boathouse! The location was great, really nice community pool, a short walk/drive to the public beach access – (we took advantage of the chair/umbrella rentals) and close to restaurants. The house was beautifully decorated, full of amenities, and provided a very comfortable stay! Having access to a boat slip was icing on the cake as we rented a boat and took daily outings to enjoy the bay area’s, view, beaches, and restaurants. We will definitely come back! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!
