Great place to relax!

We had a great stay at this location. It’s away from all the downtown area at the end of las conchas. The beach was clean and mostly private as only resort guests are in this area. We were able to check in early and the condo was clean and ready for us. Everything was as pictured and our host was easy to communicate with. There are beach chairs included, overall nice spot.if you are looking for nightlife and bars to go to, this is not the place for you unless you don’t mind driving. Malecón is about 25 min drive.

Escape to the estuary

We normally stay in the Sandy Beach resorts but wanted to try something different and also bring our dogs. What a great location at the end of Las Conchas! Development is starting to show its age but makes up for it in the peaceful seclusion and having the majority of the beach to yourself. Several times morning & evening we were the only ones on the beach for as far as you could see

Owner and Condo Were Wonderful

The Owner was amazing and responsive and accomodating. Property grounds needs better care and management. Lots of deferred maintenance on the property grounds. Condo is absolutely beautiful and comfortable and the views from the balconies from all 3 rooms were phenomenal. Beach was clean and stunning. 20 minutes from town so take what you need.

This location exceeded our expectations. Great communication from host and the maintenance and security team were so nice and helpful. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for 3 couples. Planning on a return trip already!

Beach front, relaxing

Loved location, worked out great for fishing. Had great view of ocean. Not a lot of people so it wasnt noisy. Not to far from downtown rocky point to go have food. Wish there was a bar and food at the place. They do have private vendors come with drinks, banana boat, jet ski, horseback ride on beach. That is what i had seen while staying. Pool is beautiful. Appears location got damaged from storm but not fixed. Some things in the room that was broken and needed fixing. Its a great place would come again.

The condo was beautiful! The location was perfect! I loved that we had our own Jacuzzi on the patio too! Thank you for letting us take our fur babies! They loved it too! I wish the swim up bar would have been open. The master bed was a little too tall for me. But other wise comfortable. I would have liked to have done laundry while we were there too. A couple of more trash bags would be good too. We had a good amount of trash. Overall we absolutely loved it! Thank you again!

Horrible

Chaos from the beginning to the end. Complex is in need of so much repair. Entrance to the beach is a death trap. The worst part is the road. It is sand. Car was stuck so bad had to be towed and repaired at a shop. Not just my car, but many others. There are zero signs and I was not given a heads up. Now I’m paying and stuck in Mexico. I hope someone can get the signs posted.

Tranquil place- great stay

This property is the best stocked places we’ve booked while renting in Rocky Pointe for the past 30 years. It has everything you need for the kitchen and overall is so comfortable. The beds were great, the host was so chill and the check in was super easy. It was our first time at this particular location El Tesoro - as we have a new member of the family that is not allowed at other locations- a little doggie:) We recommend this condo to everyone- you will not be disappointed:) we hope to be back again!

Great family stay

The beds were comfy, plenty of rooms for the family of 7. When we needed extra bath towels they were brought up promptly, much appreciated. A couple of useful items would have been dish towels for drying, the paper towels ran out and it felt wasteful to use them too much and the correct size filters for the coffee makers would have been terrific, we don't usually use a Keurig, and lids to fit the pots. Really enjoyed having the pool to switch into when the beach was too hot. Great views, quieter setting, spent lots of time on the balcony. We all enjoy cooking together, kitchen pretty much had what we needed, nice big fridge. I would definitely stay again.

Nice private beach but resort is falling apart

The condo was nice but Tessoro was still being constructed. Private elevator was a nice touch but shaky and loud. Sewage smell on last night coming from drains and toilet got pretty bad. No restaurants, bars, vendors or even a little convenience store was on site. Manuel and Jesus were very nice and helpful but the place lacked in upkeep, trash and unsafe construction materials everywhere. We had kids and a dog so we noticed it all. The private beach was the best part and very quiet. That is why we gave 4 stars. The condo itself was spacious and had most of what we needed.

Secluded, Super Nice Unit!

Our stay was great. Very nice condo, super clean. No complaints there. *There isn’t an actual swim-up bar - one with alcohol, that is, but that was okay as we had our kids with us. Just don’t expect a stocked bar, nor a bartender to serve you anything. The location of the condo is secluded - about 10-15 minutes from the nearest store, so arrive prepared with beverages and food. This was both an amazing aspect of our stay (we felt like we had our own beach at times), as well as somewhat of a bummer since it was a bit of a drive to be where the action is. Overall, I’d recommend the property. Just know you’re off the beaten path - which could be exactly what you’re looking for.

Beautiful View

Property was clean and a fabulous view from all the balcony's. The building is probably only 1/2 filled with livable condos, so we basically had the place to ourselves the first day (Tue), a few more on the 2nd and 3rd day. Overall though, not nearly as busy as the Sandy Beach area.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and cleaned daily. The beach was wonderful and we had a lot of fun swimming in the ocean. Manuel the property manager was very nice and could be seen walking the grounds.

The BEST spot in Rocky Point

We've stayed at other properties in various locations in and around Rocky Point, but none compare with this property. First of all, this is a Super Host ... literally. I had one or two questions before and after we arrived and he was so fast in responding to me--that makes a huge difference in the quality of the stay. Tessoro is a fantastic location at the end of Las Conchas. While the drive may seem lengthy to some, it's the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of the holiday Rocky Point holiday crowds while providing very easy access to town for when you want to play tourist. The condo itself is amazing. It's appointed well with all the necessary appliances, dishware and flatware. Having three full bedrooms, each with a King bed, means there's no arguing over who gets which room with my kids because they're all great and all have amazing views. The pool area down below is fantastic and the condo's location provides amazing access to the beach. The private elevator to our condo was supremely convenient and having a door code for condo access instead of a lock and key meant we could just cruise down to the pool or the beach and not worry about who had the key, or even losing the key. Finally, the staff at the condo is tremendously helpful and can answer any questions you have, as well as point you in the right direction if you're looking for something in town.

One of the best stays in Puerto Penasco

I have been traveling to Puerto Penasco for the past 30 years for family vacations and this was one of the best condos I’ve ever rented. The facilities were clean and beautiful and there were two other families on the amazing beach and at the pool with us on Memorial Day weekend. The check in and out was incredibly simple with no wait. The balcony has sunset views that were unbelievable. My family and I made such amazing memories.

Rob and Lisa met back at Purdue University in 1987 and have been best friends ever since. Both live in Chicago, but Tessoro is their home away from home. They both love to travel and are huge animal lovers. Lisa has a great passion for cooking and yoga, and Rob is big into marathons and triathlons. They enjoy getting to know their guests, and have put a lot into their condo in order to make it as comfortable as possible. They truly understand the difference that the little extras can make.

The location of Tessoro is, we feel, hands down the best slice of beach in Rocky Point. Being located on the tip of the estuary there in Las Conchas affords an amazingly private and relaxing beach experience. We love the lack of crowds, beach vendors, fireworks, and ATV rentals. Being on the peninsula also gives the condos in Tessoro the benefit of getting sea views from each and every room, which is something that we haven't seen anywhere else. It's truly spectacular! Tessoro is the most incredible place to relax and regroup.

We paid close attention to the details in our condo in order to make our guests feel right at home. For your convenience and comfort, you will find things such as a crock pot, beautiful stoneware, reading pillows, movies, beach chairs, beach towels, pool toys, etc.
