Cozy 2 bedroom unit (duplex building) that sits directly on the historic Pinellas trail. The home is fully equipped with all necessities to enjoy a short vacation with family and friends. Both bedrooms and living room have a Roku smart TV, comfy queen beds, stocked kitchen, full bath, and beautiful natural sunlight beaming through the unit. There is a small front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening. 2 charcoal grills have been added to the property for guest use! The home is centrally located to many surrounding popular cities (Clearwater, Dunedin, Tampa, St Petersburg). The famous Clearwater Beach is a short ~15 minute drive, with the closet beach being under 10 minutes.

unacceptable
Unacceptable for many reasons: 1. heavy mould and mildew - difficult to breathe. 2. ants and beetles in the kitchen 3 three lights in bathroom - only one worked. 4.bathroom window cracked. 5.no lamps, very poor lighting, impossible to read 6.chipped paint throughout. 7.inadequate utensils, no spoons. We left after the first night, sacrificing our entire payment.

10 minutes away from the beach!
It wasn't what I expected at all for the money I paid. It was an older simple two bedroom with Jack and Jill bathroom, living room and kitchen. Appliances were good but the stove wasn't balanced so we ended up putting a bag under the shorter leg and the fan was dirty so we couldn't use it to air out the kitchen. There were only 3 chairs at the dinner table. There were stains on the couch, the bedrooms smelt like mold was in the closets; as well as about the door in the bathroom and in the shower, the towel rack in the bathroom had rust all over it and there was a crack in the window in the tub. The best part about the location is that it was only 10 minutes away from the beach and any stores around as well, there were TVs in both rooms as well as the living room and there were plenty kitchen utensils for cooking and utensil and plates, bowls and cups for eating and drinking. It needs some more renovations, check for mold in the closets, matching towels and utensils, couch cleaned and new linen for the bedrooms. Not a bad stay just expected different for the money that was paid.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Tucked away at the end of the street directly right on the historic Pinellas trail which was once a railroad (now paved with concrete). There are 4 units that sit on our huge property, making you feel like you are vacationing in your own little area. The home is very centrally located and an easy drive to theme parks, beaches, malls, theaters, and dining!
