About this space
Welcome to ‘The Rendezvous’, a brand-new home in Bella Vista! The home offers breathtaking views overlooking the Little Sugar bike trail from the tree top deck. It is the perfect place to relax and take in the natural beauty of the Ozarks. We are located a short 15 min drive to downtown Bentonville. The home is about a mile from Bella Vista Country Club, Avalon and Windsor Lakes, Tanyard Creek, Huntley Gravity Park, and many other amenities Bella Vista has to offer.
The space
This beautiful, brand new 3 bedroom, 3 FULL bathroom home on the bike trail is perfect for families, friends, and groups who are looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of Bella Vista. It features:

*A gourmet kitchen that's fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Enjoy spending time with family and friends around the massive island.

*Top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of cookware and utensils, an air fryer/convection oven, coffee maker, popcorn maker, and many other features to make your stay comfortable.

*Bedroom #1 with a King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious jet tub and massive shower.

*Bedroom #2 with a Queen size bed

*Bedroom #3 with two full sized bunk beds and a twin trundle bed.

*High-speed 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, a ROKU Smart TV in every room, and a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience.

*Oversized back deck to enjoy watching bikers and hikers traveling along the trail as well as the beautiful birds of Bella Vista.

* Large two-car garage with built in locker, bike rack, and golf putting game.

Guests can self check-in via the keypad on the door.
The entire house is available to use except for one locked closet with the owner's cleaning supplies.
Please be mindful that the grass in the backyard was recently planted and seeded.

Everything we we hoped for!

The house was very thoughtfully supplied with everything you could have needed- there was even a small sewing kit in a drawer if we would have needed it! It was perfect for our family of 7. The house is located close to many beautiful places to explore! I would absolutely recommend this home for your stay and I hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful Home

We had a great time at this beautiful VRBO in Bella Vista - it was just as the pictures showed - very neat, clean and stocked very well. Would highly recommend this if you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in this area!! So much to do!

Perfect Place for Us

We've stayed in many VRBO places and this has to be one of our best. The photos of the kitchen and great room don't do it justice. It's just lovely, so comfortable and well-furnished. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive. The location is just far enough from the busy roads to be quiet but still close enough to all the major attractions. We had a wonderful stay.

The house was very nicely decorated and clean. It was perfect to have a small family gathering for dinner and socializing after the rehearsal at the Chapel. It was super close to lots of recreational things and stores for supplies. Highly recommend.

Everything was just perfect. Natalia responds to all questions within the hour. The house has such special touches and is very comfortable. The home is spacious and the deck is so enjoyable. If you are looking for a VRBO in or near Bella Vista, this is the spot.
