This beautiful 2-Bed, 2-Bath condo has been updated in 2023 with new furniture, bedding, linens etc. Beautiful beach views can be seen from the Living Room, Master Bedroom and Rear Balcony. Park outside this condo on the 3rd floor of the parking garage, and walk to your door without using an elevator!

Enjoy a cocktail on the beautiful private balcony with dining table & chairs, sofa and enclosed storage for all of your beach toys. Sip a cup of your favorite coffee in the cozy living room with beautiful views. High-definition TV's in both bedrooms and living room. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The Holiday Isle complex includes fantastic amenities including outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, public restrooms, public grilling area, ping pong area, fitness room and boardwalk access to the beach.

Walk across the street to the local pizza shop, ice cream shop, bbq joint or souvenir shop. Minutes away from the island's best restaurants.

Great Place!

Condo was a good size with terrific views of the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the little touches(like coloring book and crayons for my toddler). Will stay here again!

Great building

Great clean complex! Friendly staff. Our unit was very clean. Easy communication with any questions during our stay. The pools were so warm the our 4 year old learned to swim! Would stay here again!

Second Year Here

This property is clean, nicely decorated, and well-appointed in terms of the kitchen, laundry room, and linens. It is ideally located in relation to the parking area which makes loading/unloading a breeze. The balcony is nice for enjoying the view. We did have to contend with cigarette smoke from a nearby balcony or ground level which sent us indoors off/on (but that is beyond the control of the owner.) This is our second stay here, and we would stay here again. Thank you!

Peaceful Getaway

The property itself was immaculate and looked even better than the pictures! Having beach access and two pools was also a huge plus. You can also walk directly across the street and have multiple restaurants to choose from. The owner was easy to get a hold of and made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely book again!

The view is worth it!

Overall this condo couldn't have been better. The king size bed was 100% the best bed I've ever slept in. The living room and kitchen were very well appointed. The balcony had the best view you could ask for. Beach access was good too. Condo amenities were nice to have, especially the hot tub. Across the street is shopping and restaurants!

So cute and cozy!

We stay at Holiday Isle often. The location of this unit is GREAT! You can park and walk right into your unit without elevators. You can still see the entire beach from this unit as well. Great couch- plenty of room for everyone to lounge which was great! Beds are super comfy. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Heaven on the Island

This condo had everything my family needed. We especially loved having the grill on the patio. The beds and pillows were amazing!! The host was quick to respond to our needs. The island is peaceful and quiet. The white sand beaches were breathing taking. We loved our stay in Daulpin Island.

We loved our stay at this Holiday Isle condo. It was bigger than expected! Amazing beach view from the balcony and access right out to the water. The pool was great since half of it was shaded to hide from the brutal July sun. I'm very picky about cleanliness and Stephen's place was up to par!

Another Great DI Stay!

This is a very nice Holiday Isle condo and a great fit for what we expect when we visit DI. Furnishings were comfortable, and the decor was tasteful…I especially appreciated the lack of clutter. In terms of accessibility, it is literally steps from the 3rd Level parking area which makes loading and unloading a breeze. Beach access is more difficult for those who might have issues with walking. This is not a slight on this property, just the reality of staying at Holiday Isle. We look forward to returning!

Father’s Day Present

It was the perfect Father’s Day present for My husband. We truly enjoyed the no hassle experience, easy in and out front door parking, and beautiful view of the beach. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Could have used access to the master closet but we managed as the door is locked. Will definitely be back!
