Looking for somewhere to unwind and relax... This cozy studio located on the 12th floor in Waikiki is the spot. With its prime location just one block away from Waikiki Beach, this hidden gem studio offers a king bed, small couch, and a well-equipped kitchen within walking distance of everything you need. Ideal for couples' getaways, remote work, and family vacations, this studio will not disappoint you.
As a guest here, you'll have access to a rooftop pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim while taking in panoramic views of the surrounding area. The hospitality suite includes a kitchen, dining tables, bathrooms, showers, and lounge chairs, open from 6am to 10pm, and is located on the rooftop floor. This accommodates our guests with early arrivals or late departures making your stay even more enjoyable.
Waikiki is known for an array of popular attractions just a short walk away including Ala Wai golf course. Indulge in the mouthwatering delights of Musubi Cafe Iyasume, satisfy your noodle cravings at Marugame Udon, delight in fresh seafood at Maguro Bros, discover the latest surf gear at Moku Hawaii Surf Shop, and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the International Market Place.
The Pacific Monarch has a front desk accessible 24hrs where you will check-in ($35 Resort Fee included in the booking). As your host, we will send your information for registration, and provide precise check-in details 2 days prior to your stay. Please take note that we only provide one keycard, but you may buy additional keys for $5 + tax. Also please note that we do not allow any Check-ins/Check-outs on major holidays such as (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)
Parking is not included, but a secured parking garage is available at $30/flat daily rate. You can also park at the Kuhio Village Tower across the street for $30/day or down the street (10 mins walk) at the Waikiki Banyan for $30/day.
The property management company requires a $300 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed within 24 hours upon booking. We do not typically allow early or late check-ins, if requested and approved 3 days before arrival or departure, we do charge $40/hr. Our standard check-out time is 11AM and check-in time is 4 PM. In the event that the guest did not arrange a late checkout and they did not depart the property on the date of departure, at the checkout time, the guest will be charged a penalty fee. 15 minutes after check-out time guest will sustain a $250 fee, 30 minutes after check-out time is a $500 fee, and 45 minutes or more $1,000.
Also please note that we do not allow any Check-ins/Check-outs on major holidays such as (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)

We are not equipped like a hotel, and we do not provide a linen service during your stay although we do provide a few initial starter supplies such as (2-3) toilet paper rolls, (1) paper towel, (1) sponge, (3) trash bags, (3) thrash bags small,
shampoo/conditioner/body wash and dish soap. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.
Please note the Pacific Monarch will be performing building maintenance. It may fluctuate beyond these dates as the repairs are done by the HOA and out of our control. The work will be noisy and disruptive during working hours. This has already been reflected in the discounted nightly rate of the unit.

Lobby floor renovation will start March 3, 2025 and is expected to be completed in 3 weeks. Work hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.
The Elevator Modernization Project is scheduled to start on 4/21/25
