About this space
Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located accommodation, just a 3-minute walk from USAC, 4 minutes from Mundo Petapa, 15 minutes from Aurora Zoo, 15 minutes from Aurora Airport.
Complete equipped for 6 people, with 3 beds (1 King master with private bathroom, 1 Double, 1 imperial sharing bathroom), in addition to this extremely comfortable room with large smart TV, high speed internet and hot water in the bathrooms.
Extremely privileged location.
The space
Beautiful apartment Located on the second level with direct access to the parking lot at the apartment level, that is, you do not need to use the elevator or climb stairs to reach the apartment.
The apartment is fully equipped, with a very spacious kitchen with refrigerated with French door, electric stove with ceramic top, microwave and all the necessary utensils for the preparation of basic food.
Very comfortable living room with a large TV operating system with an Android TV operating system, where you can enter your Netflix, Disney accounts, or a stream platform that you have available.
We have 3 rooms:
Main room with full private bathroom and 24 hour hot water, in addition to this in this room we have a KING SIZE bed with Android TV to enjoy from the room.
Secondary room with queen bed and private Closet bed, third room with imperial bed and work desk, both rooms share the same bathroom which is complete.
the building has amenities such as, entertainment room with TV and internet, Mini GYM, Meeting rooms, as well as a very cool terrace with churrasquera and outdoor kitchen, comfortable armchairs and chairs. Very nice 360 views of its surroundings.
