The Space
This secluded and peaceful home, where relaxation, dining, and culinary delights seamlessly come together under one roof. Centrally-located to Perdido, Orange Beach, Navy Base and Pensacola. Explore Perdido and Orange beaches, you can camp, picnic and do water activities. We offer an authentic experience, the home is in the wooded area and backs up to the golf course. We can sleep up to six people comfortably, so come on over and enjoy the Florida sunshine!
This home has three levels and stairs to each level, first is the living room, second level kitchen is the dining area, and the third area is the bedrooms.
Relaxing living space. Cozy up on the couch where you can sit and stream your favorite shows & movies on the TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs; it includes the keurig machine, coffee pot, blender, toaster, and other tools as needed. The space is ideal for families with a dining table and breakfast bar for seating, for up to ten people. Off the dining area there is a small patio for sitting outside. You can expect a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap & sponge, dishwasher detergent pods.
The half bathroom features a toilet, sink & mirror. You can expect some starter toilet paper.
The master bedroom includes a queen bed with fresh clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, a dresser and lamp. Opening the curtains brings in a lot of natural light; you can also go out to the porch, to sit and relax. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo, sink & mirror. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up wipes.
The second bedroom features two double bedrooms with fresh clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, a lamp, and a dresser; you can also go out to the patio, sit and relax while looking at the golf course. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, two sinks & mirrors. You can open the curtains in the room to get the natural light from the outside.
The laundry area is located on the 3rd floor foyer; there is a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets located next to the washing machine.
The back patio oversees the golf course, it is a shaded relaxing area to hang out and provides a lovely breeze. Enjoy sitting anytime during the day to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Guest access
We have a smart lock door and an email will be sent with door code instructions the day of check in. You will have access to the entire home. For parking, please be courteous to our neighbors. Parking is available in the driveway and in front of the garage door or on across from the house.

Other Things to Note
Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:
• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.
• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 10 PM - 8 AM.
• Only park in the designated areas.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.
• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
