The house is perched on a wooded and naturally landscaped hill overlooking the lake. Outside, you will find a large upper deck and covered porch with gorgeous lake views; a large dock; boathouse with life jackets, paddles, and lake toys; boat racks with assorted watercraft; fire ring with built-in benches; and a swing. Guests love the kayak launch attached to the dock — you will never need to get your feet wet! The covered porch has comfortable seating including two swinging egg chairs to relax and enjoy the lake.

The house was recently updated with new furniture, mattresses, and appliances, so guests can enjoy this pristine natural setting with modern amenities. The layout is perfectly designed for large groups. The main and upper levels each offer two bedrooms and one bathroom, plus a lower level with bunks, queen pull-out sofa, and additional bathroom. Both the main and lower level have living rooms outfitted with 60” smartTVs (streaming apps and cable) and cozy wood-burning stoves. The office nook on the upper level includes a desk with pristine views of the lake. The home has central heat, zone cooling in the main living space, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Wi-Fi and cell service are strong throughout the property.
