Welcome to your home away from home in Decatur, Georgia! Our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is the perfect place for you and your group of up to 8 guests to relax and unwind after a day of exploring all that this charming city has to offer.

Sleeping options - 2 queen beds, 1 king and a full sized day bed

With TVs in every bedroom, you can wind down and catch up on your favorite shows before drifting off to sleep in our comfortable beds.

Our backyard is where the real fun begins - challenge your friends to a game of life-size beer pong or cornhole, or see who has the steady hand to tackle our giant Jenga set.

You will enter the home with a smart lock code that will be shared with you during your stay

We give our guests privacy but are available if you need us

This is a town home located in a town home community
Please be respectful and avoid excessive noise and loud music. Noise complaints will result in immediate removal of the home.

The person booking must be present for the entire stay. Extra visitors not on the reservation require express written consent from Host. Violation will result in termination of reservation with no refunds.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING

No smoking inside the home! This includes pot.?If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $300 FEE.

PETS

We just love furbabies but not all of our properties are pet friendly. If you have booked a pet friendly stay, please add your pet to the reservation. Any unauthorized pets will be charged a $175 fee

LONG TERM STAYS

Any guest reservations over 14 days long will need to pay an additional deep cleaning fee of $55 for 2 bedrooms or less or $75+ for 3 bedrooms or more. This covers deep cleaning tasks that are not performed during a routine turnover cleaning.

No mail or packages may be delivered to the property unless given permission. Please use a Post Office box for any mail.

NO PARTIES

No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party or we receive a noise complaint, we will call the authorities. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund. Any unapproved guests will also result in immediate removal of the home.

PARTIES IN THE HOME WILL RESULT IN A $600 FEE AND ANY DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT COST FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME RESULTS IN A $300 FEE.

Please respect the home as if it were yours. Guests are expected to keep the property in the same condition as they arrived. We work hard to provide clean and comfortable accommodations and amenities for our guests. Damage to property or furnishings will be charged at cost of repair or replacement and must be reported immediately.

Guests release the host of any liability related to injury, loss, theft or damages.
