This is a beautiful retreat with panoramic ocean views. The views are absolutely spectacular! Views of the coastline forever. There is also a view of the Point Arena lighthouse.

Look out through the glass walls of this coastal cliff home and see the sights that a soaring eagle can see. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the magnificent Pacific Ocean breaking against the rocks below on the edge of the property. If you love the ocean you will love this house.

Snuggle into the warmth of your own private hot tub while watching the untamed waves of the north coast peak and crash below. Sit comfortably with a book in the window seats while spotting the migrating whales. Soak in the large jetted bath tub or watch movies while sitting by the large fireplace. Enjoy personal access to a gated, private, sandy, isolated, six mile beach.

The White Water Ocean Front House has 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each. Central heat keeps every room cozy and warm. A full-size kitchen lets you stay in to cook your own meals or you can go out to numerous choices of unique restaurants near by.

Mini getaway

Amazing views! House sits on the edge of the cliff with no obstructions. Great window bench seating to enjoy the views, watch the sunset and look for whales - we should have brought our binoculars!

Beautiful home

It was wonderful! The only recommendation is to update the blinds as they don’t close all the way, just window coverings in general in the bedroom. It was clean and very peaceful.

Amazing View!

I have stayed at Morgan House before and really enjoyed it, so decided to book again. Really like the peacefulness of Irish Beach and the house provides everything one might need to have an enjoyable and memorable vacation. Hot tub worked perfectly and all appliances were in good working order. Would love to return!

We stayed at Morgan House thirty-five years ago when everything was shiny and new. This house is still comfortable and has views to die for. Next time, I will remember to bring bath soap.

Location location location!!

This property is all about the view!! There were 5 of us friends and there was enough room and places to sleep for all of us. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises to sunsets and couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather. Trying to find the beach was a challenge. Use the instruction in the binder as the cell service is sketchy for GPS. The beach is called Irish Beach. The hot tub was great the first evening and the sky was so dark we could easily see the Milky Way! The property is a bit dated but who cares with the view!! It was clean and everything we needed for a great pause and refresh for all of us!

Wonderful location on the cliffs with spectacular ocean view. Loved the place. Only issue was the tv didn’t seem to work when we went to watch a movie at night. But who cares with this kind of you definitely coming back

Irish Beach gem

Great spot on the coast

The location is great if you like private and remote. You have to drive a little far to get to the nice restaurants. The picture windows were great, really enjoyed the panoramic views. Not all the windows had blinds and the sun was a little intense at times. Because of the proximity to restaurants the owners should consider a better grille. Don’t mean to be so critical and think this place has a lot of potential. I am grateful that we were able to stay there and would return.

Spectacular location

Spectacular location, and despite the remoteness of the property, a full service grocery store only 10 mins away in Manchester. This location in Irish Beach, is convenient to go exploring the towns and sites up and down the CA coast.

Christmas in Manchester, CA with family!

Breathtaking

Our family of 6 and fur baby, throughly enjoyed our stay. We come to Irish beach every summer, this was our first time at this property - and intend to book here in the coming years. We came for the ocean, and this home does not disappoint- the views are incredible! The hot tub was a wonderful way to end our day. We ended up only using one of the two bedrooms as the kids preferred to sleep in the living room with the views. Thankfully we always travel with our own blankets and sheets so they were very comfortable there. The host was great, quickly responded to our questions .. it was a wonderful visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us !
