La Mirage Condo 115 Beachfront Resort with Private Boardwalk to Beach

Newly renovated and decorated three bedroom condo!

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that sleeps 8 and is perfect for your family and friends to gather! The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with an on-suite master bathroom, there's a great queen size bed in the second bedroom and you'll find two adorable twin beds in the third bedroom. The additional bathroom has a shower tub combo and the laundry room offers a washer & dryer for your convenience.

All three bedrooms have wall mounted TVs, remote controlled fans, USB ports for your electronics and plenty of storage for your personal items. The living room has a sleeper sofa, loveseat and a large wall mounted TV. The dining area has a table that seats 6 and there is additional seating with 4 barstools at the countertop bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook meals and enjoy refreshments during your stay. Additionally, there is a large patio to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails!

Other items included: sand shovel & pails, family games, hairdryers, an iron and an ironing board. And you'll find plenty of hooks for your beach towels along the shiplap entry.

What you can expect in the condo:

Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

This condo comes with a covered parking space. Spaces are reserved, please park in the assigned spot, and if you bring an additional vehicle, it will need to be parked in the guest parking at the front of the complex.
