Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Minimum age requirement for booking is 25 years old.
Per Sonoma County vacation rental ordinance:

Maximum overnight occupancy (10PM to 7AM) is 4 guests.
Daytime guest limit (7AM to 10PM) is 2 individuals.
Parking available for 2 vehicles with 1 on-site and 1 off-site spot.
Quiet hours enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited.
Additional guidelines include:

Penalties for violating smoking and pet policies.
Possibility of requiring an e-signature on rental contract.
ID may be requested prior to check-in.
Self check-in may not be available after 11 PM.
Tampering with WiFi devices will result in termination of rental contract.
Outdoor security cameras are in operation.
Refundable security deposit of $2000 may be applicable.
Commercial activities are prohibited.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee per pet.
