Located in Ocean View within the Cottages community, this custom home offers easy access to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and community amenities that are right around the corner.

Our home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, WIFI, king bedroom and full bath on the first floor, an extra-large Primary suite on the second floor, and a very spacious sectional couch in the living room.

Each of the 4 bedrooms is tastefully decorated and features comfortable bedding. In addition to the first-level bedroom with a king bed, there is an extremely spacious Primary suite on the second floor. This Primary suite has a sitting area, workspace, king bed, large walk-in closet, walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and dual vanity sinks. Down the hall, there is a bunk room with pyramid twin-size bunks and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed.

Outside, you will find a spacious deck in the backyard with a gas grill and plenty of seating. Guests have access to the community pool, boat dock, and can park their boat at the property.

Fresh linens are included with your reservation. Linen package includes sheet sets for each bed and bath towels per person.
