Warren Beach Rentals is proud to offer Oranges By The Sea! This elegant home has a brand new owner and has undergone extensive renovation.
It is located in the gated Palmeira neighborhood, only 4 houses North of 30A and very close to the beach access In the heart of Seagrove beach, very close to Seaside.
Palmeira features beautiful Mediterranean homes, in-laid paver roads, palm trees, and is less than a three minute walk from the beach.
Oranges By The Sea, formerly rented as Sandy Seananigans, features 3 levels of living area, multiple covered balconies, and heated splash pool. The home is meticulously decorated, and custom throughout.
The home is perfect for up to 4 couples, or families seeking an ideal layout where everyone can be together, without ever feeling cramped. This is truly a remarkable layout that will impress even the most discerning guest.
The owner will consider one pet, dog only under 25 lbs, with additional non refundable $295 pet fee per pet.
Guests will appreciate with the size and layout of this home. The home features soaring ceilings, 4 spacious bedrooms each with ensuite bath, massive open living room, and a modern, well stocked eat in kitchen. The home is engineered from the ground up to be elegant and comfortable.
The location is second to none, some of 30A’s best restaurants are within walking distance and bike rentals are just around the corner if you like to ride.

Home layout:
On the first floor the home features the perfect gathering room. This expansive area with 12 foot ceilings, ample seating, additional dining table, large flat screen TV, dry bar and access to the covered balcony and heated pool and grill area. The kitchen is also on this level, it is nicely equipped, fully stocked, and features modern appliances, coffee bar, eat in breakfast area. There is also a half bath and and full size laundry room on the main level.
On the second floor are 2 king ensuite bedrooms with private baths, One of the bedrooms has balcony access and overlooks the pool area. Both of these rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds.
On the third floor features another King master suite with access to the grand balcony with gulf views and views of the pool area. There is also a large 4th bedroom complete with a queen bed, 2 sets of bunks, and ensuite bath. This room is perfect for a couple, or you can sleep up to 8 kids in this room. .
In all the house sleeps 14 and can add an extra 2 on the living room sleeper sofa (additional fee applies for guests over 14 or for the use of the sofa sleeper).

There is parking for up to 3 cars. NOTE: We do not have any additional parking available for more than 3 vehicles.

The heated splash pool and pool deck offers seating, and a quaint, gated oasis for when you feel like laying back and taking it easy. Perfect for a quiet afternoon or evening dip. There is also a gas grill for the guests that enjoy grilling out and eating in.

These items are provided for your convenience, and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.

Amazing Stay in Paradise

From the moment we walked into the house we were in awe! The house is immaculate and has so much space for multiple people. Ice maker makes craft ice balls. There were eight of us total and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Literally a mansion in paradise. Walking distance to the beach and updated amenities in the house. The pictures do not do it any justice. I an a stickler for cleanliness and the place was spotlless

Great with a few notes

Overall this property is a fantastic find bc of the location and the size. It’s just a short block to the sand and there is no public parking on 30a that would get you this close to the water. The only thing better would be a house literally on the sand. But if you don’t spring for that, this is the perfect location. It’s in between the two cutest towns - but there is not really a walkable little town where the house actually is. If you don’t mind driving either east or west, you will find plenty of the walkable places on either side. The other nice thing about this house is the size. Every room is spacious and there is enough seating in the living areas for people to gather. The bedrooms are huge, each one has its own bathroom and there is a little bathroom downstairs. The bed mattresses in a few of the rooms were a bit squeaky but surprisingly ended up being comfortable! The areas for improvement: The home was tidy and clean everywhere except the floors. We like to be shoeless in the house to not track sand and dirt in but the bottoms of our feet were literally black after walking barefoot here. This is a note for the property manager so they can confront their cleaning crew. This is easily fixed or you could wear shoes the whole time. It’s time to swap out the area rugs here in the kitchen & living room they were old and dirty. The couches/chairs in the living room feel like they are falling apart- very uncomfortable & Light above stove was out & mildewy smell in home

Amazing vacation

We just spent an amazing week at the perfect beach home. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and we felt like we had plenty of room. We were about the pool being small but it was perfect for the kids to play in. We did have one mishap while we’re staying here with the key pad dying one night when we had gotten back from dinner. We called the maintenance number and they had someone was out quickly to get it fixed and get us into the house. The proximity to the beach was great and also close to several good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. I also like that it was in a gated community so that felt safer.

5 stars. The only negative was the beach access was shared with a very large set of condos. The beach was EXTREMELY crowded for 30A. Other than that the house was superb and exactly as described.

Palmeira vacation

We enjoyed our stay at oranges by the Sea. We arrived on Saturday and stayed through Friday. There evidently were some storms prior to our arrival and the pool was a little murky and filled with leaves but the pool maintenance staff serviced it on Wednesday got the filter working so our grandson was able to enjoy it for a day or two. The bedrooms were extremely roomy and very comfortable. The downstairs living area and kitchen provided ample room for the entire family. It would be nice to enter the home from the front door rather than having to go around through the back gate each time but we would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future. It was a very positive experience.

Best home I've booked on 30A!

Look no more! This is the best vacation home we have ever stayed at! Extremely clean, steps from the beach, and a heated pool! It's gorgeous inside, and so large that we never felt on top of each other. We went with two other couples and all 7 kids stayed in the bunk room. We had a balcony off our bedroom and could see the ocean from our balcony! There is a lot of space on the main floor and it walks right out to the pool and backyard with grill. There is definitely a “you have arrived feel” when you walk in, and there were even some treats and a note awaiting us. Thank you, “Oranges by the Sea” for the best vacation! We will be back!
