Hillside Pines by Boutiq is a beautiful and expansive newly-built cabin located on a scenic wooded acre in the desirable vacation destination of Broken Bow, Oklahoma! This three-story Boutiq vacation rental property is thoughtfully designed to accommodate gatherings of friends and family, offering everyone comfort and fun activities (you can even bring your ATVs with plenty of room for parking and riding).
Pets are welcome, subject to breed and size approval, for a fee of $150 for the first pet and $50 per additional pet plus tax (5 pets maximum).

Hillside Pines by Boutiq is located in the private and secluded Timber Creek Trails Phase II community, and is conveniently just a short drive to all that you might need. The property is 40 minutes from De Queen J. Lynn Helms Airport and 36 minutes from McCurtain County Regional Airport.

Hillside Pines is a 3-minute drive to the main highway that spans all of Broken Bow (US 259). You can visit the local wineries and breweries (like Mountain Fork Brewing), peruse the local shops (and get a sweet treat at Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream), enjoy a steak at Abendigo’s, get a massage at Body Harmony Spa, or check out the Choctaw Casino.

The town sits close to the picturesque Beavers Bend State Park, celebrated for its immaculate timberlands, crystal clear rivers, and jagged mountains. Guests can explore the nearby Hochatown State Park, renowned for its hiking paths, scenic overlooks, and bountiful wildlife.

Boutiq’s Hillside Pines is a brand new 3-story cabin located on a beautiful and wooded one-acre lot in the forest of Broken Bow. The home features vaulted ceilings and gorgeous wood paneling and floors.

The open floor plan welcomes groups into a living room with vaulted ceilings and a commanding stone fireplace and adjoining kitchen/dining area.

The house boasts four bedrooms as well as an open loft, with rooms featuring one king-sized bed, three queen-sized beds, and four twin-sized beds (all featuring Premium Milton mattresses) and smart TVs in most rooms.

There’s even a game room featuring a pool table, two full-size Legends Ultimate arcade machines, and darts.

Your group will appreciate the attention to detail, including smart lock entry, high-quality full-size bath and body products, gourmet coffee for the drip coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare large meals in the upscale chef’s kitchen.

There are great leisure options for everyone in your group, including relaxing by the indoor fireplace, spending time in the hot tub under the gazebo, sitting around the firepit, or enjoying a meal outside surrounded by nature!

Having a car is strongly recommended, as Ubers and Lift, while in the area, may not be the most reliable. We recommend a rental car from the nearest major city or a car rental app such as Turo.
