This comfortable brand-new 2-story home is nestled at the top of the quaint community of Chontales. It offers beautiful valley and mountain views of Chontales. The home is equipped with ACs and fans in each room, the kitchen is equipped for the Chef in the family. This home offers all of the modern amenities that you are looking for on your vacation.

This desirable home is located just 20 minutes from the beach and offers a refreshing pool with a gorgeous backdrop!

The master bedroom offers a private ensuite with a shower looking outside to nature. The upstairs guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, each has a balcony for enjoying your morning coffee or evening nature watching. The kitchen and living area offers a beautiful view of the mountains with a large patio and a grill perfect for those relaxing evenings in the mountain breeze listening to and watching the nearby nature.

This home is located 15 minutes north of the only Hospital in the Southern Zone, and 20 minutes north of Palmar for groceries, markets, banks, and most anything you will need while you visit. You are 20 minutes south of Ojochal, the culinary food capital of the area, and 35 minutes to Uvita and the amazing beaches.

The property is beautifully landscaped and includes many fruit trees. Enjoy fresh bananas, papayas, mamon chinos, nances, limes, and mangos, right from the yard! Take a walk through the manicured roads and to the river to enjoy more nature.
