The Space:
Take the stairs up to your special beach retreat with large balcony to take in the peek ocean views amongst the lush landscaping! The interior features a beach chic atmosphere with an open living/dining space complete with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and ambient fireplace. The living area seamlessly connects to the bright kitchen with stainless appliances - effortless cooking and gathering! There are three sleeping arrangements for your convenience (2 bedrooms + living room sleeper sofa). The first bedroom has 2 queen beds with sunny windows and flat screen TV, plus en-suite bathroom with combo tub/shower, walk-in closet and washer/dryer. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds with flat screen TV. Lastly, the third sleeping space is the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bath has a shower/tub combination as well. Most notably, you will be living the ultimate California lifestyle on the outdoor balcony space which boasts a lovely dining table for 6, BBQ, plus additional, spacious seating area to unwind and take in the ocean breeze and colorful sunsets.
