Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire two-story town home and two-car garage with the exception of an owner's lockout closet on the first floor.
IMPORTANT: This home is strictly an animal-free zone due to the owner having extreme allergies to pet dander. Because of this, we can not host groups with any pets regardless of their status due to concerns for the owners.

Nestled in the beautiful mountains only a few minutes from downtown Park City, Park Edge offers a lovely area with gorgeous homes, incredible views, and unbeatable luxury. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while staying in a quiet, private townhome only a 10 minute drive to Main Street and the ski resorts. This area is the perfect place for a fantastic vacation any time of year. The neighborhood amenities set this place apart from the others!
Getting Around:
While this home isn't close to any mass transit stops, the location is perfect for a passing by ride-share. Or remove the need for another party and rent a car knowing a private garage will keep it safe and dry. There is parking for two vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
At Wasatch Homes and Land Property Management, we provide all paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, soaps, detergents, and coffee for our guests. It's our pleasure to alleviate the need for a grocery run for those to get in late and those who just want to show up and enjoy the space!
The newly opened Black Rock Ridge Resort and Hotel is right up the street and offers restaurants, a spa and fantastic places to spend an evening close to the rental. There is a restaurant and a bar located inside of the building that are highly recommended.

While we expect everything to be perfect for our guest prior to arrival, there are unforeseen circumstances sometimes out of our control! Luckily, we are located not far from this property and can be available if and when needed!
