Spacious and Funky Tropical House in Desired Neighborhood of Crescent Heights

Come have this house and pool all to yourself so you can relax, work, play, make family memories, house hunt... whatever you need! The house comes with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, a flip-down sofa "bed", baby crib, 2 full bathrooms, and a huge kitchen!

When you pull up, you will be welcomed by a vibrant, lush garden with a walkway leading up to a spacious front porch. Key in your code (given to you at time of booking) to enter your private tropical oasis into the back patio/pool area. It will feel like you are walking into a dream!

We have equipped the patio with brand new lounger chairs to relax next to the pool. Sink into the cozy seating area underneath the patio entrance overhang when you want to enjoy the shade or catch a front row seat to an exhilarating tropical thunderstorm without getting a drop on ya!

Inside, the kitchen boasts a 20' island that is a complete showstopper for any event. You will be able to work with a gas stove, convection microwave, convection oven, more storage than you could dream up, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and high-vaulted ceilings for a fresh open feel! Above the bar hangs a 55" ROKU TV to complete the entertainment in this amazing space.

The dining table seats 8 people comfortable and the bar has 4 bar stools. The dining room doors open right up to the outdoor kitchen and pool area.

Off the dining and kitchen area is a small little nook that gives home to a cozy little reading corner with a bright sofa that folds down into a surprisingly comfortable bed/sleeping option.

The pool and hot tub are not heated, nor do the jets work in the hot tub. This is intentional for many reasons. The waterfall DOES work, however :) Please note that the pool is chilly in the winter months but warms up by March/April.

This house is fenced off from the other units on the property. There are 4 other units (the house nextdoor that we live in and 3 small apartments in back) on the property, but this house is completely private. None of the units overlook the pool and patio area and there are no shared spaces with our other guests.

We live next door and will always be happy to say hello or chat when we bump into our guests, but generally we like to give our guests total privacy. We are available if anything is needed.

When you and your guests are there, it will belong to you :)
