ABOUT THE HOME: This magnificent Blue Mountain Beach home is opulent living on 30A. Four floors of stunning beauty, including a sun deck with an outdoor kitchen, dining, and ocean views. In addition to the outdoor spaces, Our 30A Sandcastle has three indoor living/entertainment rooms, a chef's kitchen and a dining table that can seat twenty (20). The living room is grand yet cozy with the gas burning fireplace and comfortable seating for all.
The kids will have a blast with their own space on the first floor. It has everything they could want including an entertainment area with a mini kitchenette, living room, foosball table, tv and games. You can easily access the backyard pool, lounge, and outdoor kitchen from this floor. There are two bedrooms, one bunk room that sleeps ten (10), each bed has its own tv and a queen bedroom nearby. The second floor is the main living area that includes the beautiful chef's kitchen, dining area and living room as well as two king bedrooms. The third floor has another comfortable living area, two (2) King suites and a family suite with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. Completing this magnificent home is the roof top sun deck. There's an outdoor covered kitchen, dining area and seating for you to enjoy the ocean breezes and view.
ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Gulf Place and Grayton Beach. The Blue Mountain community is known for having a quieter family atmosphere compared to some of the other communities but still provides ample restaurants, shops and activities.
BEACH ACCESS: Gulfview Heights beach access is the closest to the home and just one street over and approximately 1500ft from the house. It has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season. From the house, turn right on 30A and right at Goatfeathers Seafood restaurant at Gulfview Heights street, then head to the end of the street.

• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• Use of Private Elevators is restricted to individuals age 18+ unless accompanied by an adult. Resetting an elevator due to misuse will be subject to a $250 trip charge.
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for lack of or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
