Unsere Einheit verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder. Schlafgelegenheiten sind ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Queensize-Bett und ein Satz von zwei Kojen. Diese schöne Wohnanlage verfügt über Fliesenböden, eine Gourmetküche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Granit sowie wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer. Ein großer Balkon blickt auf den Golf von Mexiko.

Genießen Sie den 12.000 Quadratmeter großen Lagunenpool mit Springbrunnen, Wasserfällen und Badehaus oder unternehmen Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strandzugang. Diejenigen von uns, die die Strände im Nordwesten Floridas genossen haben, schätzen das warme Wasser und den puderweißen Sand.

Wenn Sie nicht am Strand oder am Pool sind, gibt es in der Nähe viel zu tun! Das Stadtzentrum verfügt über ein Café, ein Feinkostgeschäft und lokale Händler im Innenhof. Ein kurzer Spaziergang bringt Sie zu den Geschäften und Restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Seaside ist nur zehn Autominuten entfernt und ein Muss für Einkäufe, Restaurants, Märkte, kostenlose Familienfilme auf dem Grün und Konzerte unter dem Sternenhimmel.

Die schönsten Erinnerungen unserer Familie wurden gemeinsam im Urlaub gemacht. Wir erinnern uns, Sandburgen gebaut und Fahrräder gefahren zu haben, um Eis zu bekommen. Noch heute versuchen die Kinder, Papa in den Pool zu tauchen und Mama einzukaufen. Seacrest ist wirklich ein besonderer Ort. Wir hoffen, dass unser Zuhause den perfekten Rahmen für Sie bietet, um Ihre eigenen Erinnerungen aufzubauen.

Da die Nachfrage im Sommer hoch ist, bevorzugen wir die Vermietung von Samstagen gegenüber Samstagen in der Hochsaison.

Spacious condo in great location.

The condo was very spacious, comfortable, well-stocked and in a great location. Communication and responsiveness from the owner was excellent. The pool was beautiful, but not heated, so it was way too cold to swim in March. Great walkability to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Great Location!

My family and I spent the week here and had a great time. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and proactive. The balcony overlooking 30A is a great spot to sit and relax. The location in regards to beach, pool, and proximity to Rosemary and Alys is unbeatable. I would highly recommend this place.

Just Wonderful!

This was our second stay and we are already looking forward to our next. The host is so great to work with! This is such a wonderful property with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation...beach access (with chairs and umbrellas), large pool, walking distance to Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary beaches, large kitchen, large balcony overlooking 30A.

Rosemary Beach Treasure

This trip was memorable as our grandkids (ages 5 and 7) had never experienced the beach/ocean; nor, had they ever been on a “vacation”. The condo was perfect; clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Beth made sure to touch base with us and even made suggestions about a local farmers market. The condo is a few short blocks to the community pool and amazing beach. We would recommend this to anyone. Thank you Beth for your hospitality.

Great location and condo

This was the perfect condo for our family's trip to the 30a area. The location was ideal - very close to Alys and Rosemary and just a quick walk to the beach. We appreciated that the complex was generally quiet as some areas of Seacrest can get quite loud during spring break. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed- we especially appreciated the beach chairs and the boogie boards that we brought to the beach. Would love to stay again!

Clean, well equipped, plenty of room for our family of 6, comfortable, and beautiful.

We had a great time. We were a short bike ride or walk from the beach, pool, and food. We love the building. The elevator, trash chute, and luggage carts were helpful. The condo was decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A Great Place!

Condo is wonderful. Spacious, clean, and well laid out. A great alternative to enjoy the amenities of Seacrest (the amazing pool, beach access, ect.) without having to rent a huge house in the neighborhood. (It is literally right next to the Seacrest Neighborhood though) The 3 bed 3 bath layout was perfect for our family of 5 but with the second bedroom that has a full private bathroom, two families could also be comfortable. The owner is top notch, quick with communication and provides all information, and then some! Would definitely visit again!

Great condo on 30A!

Very impressed with this condo...located right on 30A. Condo had everything we needed for a great weeklong stay in Seacrest. Loved being able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas. Had to haul them down to the beach in the mornings, but it saved us $1000 from having to rent through the vendors on the beach. Short walk to the beach or pool. Condo was very spacious...plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beth was very responsive to any questions/issues we had and reached out to us after we arrived to ensure everything was good. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

This was our family’s first trip to 30A and it was fabulous. The location of this condo was central and allowed us to essentially park the car for the week and bike about town. Perfect spot for teens to venture out as well as being close to restaurants and shops and beach access. The resort style pool was also wonderful. Condo was clean, owners very responsive and had everything we needed. Will definitely return! Beach access is super crowded but it’s an easy bike ride or drive to another beach access without all of the chair rentals, etc. Kids ranked this as a top beach vacation compared to our past travels to other areas of Florida and the east coast.

Great Condo!

Beth's condo was perfect for me & my family. It is a very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. I liked that each bedroom had a bathroom connected. We also really enjoyed having the huge balcony off of the living room overlooking 30A. The location is perfect, about 1/2 way in between the Seacrest & Alys Beach town squares. It is also walking or biking distance to the town square at Rosemary Beach. It is also just a short walk to pool, which is our favorite part about Seacrest Beach. Beth was a great host and very responsive! We also appreciated having the umbrella & chairs available for us to use. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to 30A!

Fabulous Balcony-Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a very nice stay here. The first thing that impressed us was the cleanliness. Even the throw pillows are clean. And they are down-filled. Very nice! This condo was very clean. There are huge windows on the side and sliding doors across the entirety of the front (overlooking 30A) which made it very bright and sunny during the day. The balcony is fabulous as it is all the way across the front and very wide. When we weren’t at the beach or riding bikes, we were on the balcony. Lovely for charcuterie and wine in the late afternoons! The only con is the lighting in the bedrooms and bathrooms. One or two of the bulbs are bright white, but most cast a very yellow and dim light. The condo gave us an excellent stay, and we would definitely stay again. Beth, the owner, responded to our every need immediately. She was very easy to contact, and took care of any- and everything.

Very Nice Condo, Crowded Beach

Wife and I took our 3 children to this location for fall break. We’ve been summer vacationing in Rosemary/Seacrest for about 8 years and we love the area. We have zero complaints about the condo or the property manager. Both were exceptional. Our only complaint is the beach access with this condo is the same access for what seems like every single property in a square mile (sarcasm). We didn’t have anywhere to set an umbrella and some chairs when we walked down there on our first day, literally. There were groups from shore to dunes. We had never seen a beach so crowded on 30A. We ended up going to the public beach access at Inlet Beach (a couple miles east, off of 98) and it was very spread out and un-crowded. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed the condo and exploring all the little beach towns along 30A.

Our family of 5 (kids ages 12,10, 8) had a fantastic week at Seacrest Beach! This condo is spacious and located in close proximity to all the necessities--tram, pool, town center, restaurants, and beach. Beth was helpful and responsive to all of my questions. We've lived all over the South including the Florida panhandle in our more than 30 years together. We've since moved away but continue to vacation along 30A every year for the past decade and have learned to love the easy going attitude of Seacrest. We still find relaxation from our careers in the software industry and volunteer work by staying in the unit when it's available. A glass of iced tea on the balcony at sunset is the best remedy for the workday blues.

The Alexander is upscale without feeling pretentious. The beaches are the most beautiful in the world and we love how easy it is to walk from the Alexander to recreation, entertainment, shopping, or dining. I'm amazed how you can be so close to everything but still enjoy the peace and quiet we love while on vacation.

Keyless combination lock means you don't have to remember to take a key each time you head out to enjoy the outdoors. The pool is only a 5 minute walk away and the beach only 10 minutes. In the warmer months take advantage of the tram located in the parking lot that delivers you to these points of interest as well as others around Seacrest. We rent bikes each visit and enjoy the 17 mile path that stretches the extent of 30A. You'll see everyone enjoying the paths to their favorite ice cream shop each afternoon.
