Just 2 km away from the infamous Tamarindo beach perfect for swimming, surfing, and sunbathing, is this new 3 bedroom construction with modern amenities and everything needed for the perfect vacation. Close to town and all its amenities, with its own private pool and the property area all enclosed for maximal safety and privacy, it is the perfect, secure home base for any group or family!

This is a 3 bedroom modern home with its own private pool, all enclosed to provide maximal privacy and security.
The home is a brand new build in a new developmental area. It is modern and bright with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay!
The main door to the property has a keyless entry lock, so guests can arrive at their leisure and complete a self check-in.
Once inside, the open living space will be to your left and down the right corridor will be the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with the king bed and ensuite bathroom with an open walk-in closet. It also has patio doors, allowing for easy access to the patio and pool area. The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. While the third bedroom in the main house has 2 twin beds.
The open living/kitchen area also allows for indoor/outdoor living! The living area is furnished with an oversized L-shaped couch facing a flat screen smart TV, perfect for hanging out with the whole group. The kitchen is modern with a centre island which will allow for additional seating space.
The floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors allow for ample light and access to the patio, which provides additional seating and dining space and of course the refreshing L-shaped swimming pool with loungers pool side.

This complex is in a new developmental area, off the main road, as you drive into Tamarindo. It is 1.7km away from the infamous Tamarindo beach. There are some limited selection for food and shops, however guests are able to do their groceries nearby within walking distance.
There is also a large open space within a kilometre of this area that is used as an event space. It is new, and within the last year, we had 2 events including a typical Costa Rican fiesta with a rodeo and TamaFest at the end of the year. It is hard to predict or guarantee what events may take place there and when, but if you know that you or someone in your group is sensitive to excessive noise, please inquire and we will try our best to find out.
This area is 1.7km away from Tamarindo beach and about 2.2km away from the centre of town. A car, golf cart, or some sort of transportation means would be useful. There are however some limited food, shopping options around, in addition to a grocery store (Siempre Fresco) that is within walking distance.
On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.
Tamarindo is a fun and active tourist area for all to enjoy. For this reason it’s also important to ensure you take proper precaution to secure your property and your personal items. This home secured and equipped with an alarm system, security, cameras with 24 hour surveillance. Please be sure to utilize these amenities during your stay.
**We manage multiple neighboring homes that are identical to this listing. We can accommodate larger parties, wedding groups, or events up to 30 people between the properties. Please send an inquiry for more information**
- Please be mindful of noise level at all times; however, quiet hours are set after 8pm.
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
