Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was small but we made due. The musty smell was made better by giving us an air purifier . The broken down washers and dryers was never taken care of for the month that we were there. Spoke to the HOA and shared our disappointment seeing that we paid for the use of them . We were very happy with Carolina Resort Reality. We will be calling to book a larger place for next year.

Relaxing Seaside Room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved this rental,it was perfect. It's right on the beach and has a great view. I used the balcony a lot, the beach is wonderful for watching the sunrise. The management company was very helpful and instructions were clear. Security was present all the time so I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

The condo is small one bedroom, one bathroom however with the bunk beds we made it work for our family of 4. The location is perfect. Short walk to the beach and we loved being able to see the beach from the patio. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to fix simple meals and snacks. Linens and towel provided. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and the bedroom window is right at the walkway/stairs so you can hear everyone coming and going. My kids complained of not being able to go to sleep because it was noisy and we were woken up one day at 6am with people talking loudly outside their room and walking by. Otherwise it was great place to stay. The pool is clean and well maintained. Security onsite during the day and night at the condo building.

Great Vacation

Everything was as described the apartment was great. Day before our departure the washing machines and dryer were not working. Maintenance can upkeep with the exterior hallways a little better. Other than that we loved it and will be back the area was amazing

Location and balcony was the best part

We don’t ever rent from a realty place and after hours checkin was a little hectic after a long drive, finding the realty company office, wrestling with the lockbox, then getting to the rental there was no water but my smart hubby found out the water was turned off. But after that little bit of finding our bearings the stay was just good not great. We liked the sleeping areas being in the back (very dark) but they were also at the main hallway to all the units so it was a little noisy listening to people come and go. But not as bad as listening to what sounded like a toddler stampede show above us at 11-12pm and again at 7am when trying to sleep. My teen complained of her back hurting from sleeping on the bunk bed. Husband didn’t sleep well the entire time. Bed felt ok. The fridge was in a weird spot right in the main walkway but we didn’t use it much. We loved the balcony. We loved being close to the pier and loved that it was closed, so not very busy with people around. We loved the location of the condo being at the end of cherry grove. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and that’s why we chose the area- to be away from all the people. We appreciated there were very nice security guards on the property. We didn’t mind the stairs. All restaurants were a drive to get to but it was ok. Overall the location was what we loved the most, esp being ocean front.

Beautiful View!

This was our first time staying in North Myrtle. We will never stay in any other area again. Loved being so close to the ocean. We would rent this condo again for future stays.

A nice trip

I would come back to this property but I think it could use some new window treatments. I’m not really particular about this but the outside hallway light blares in the window and is too bright. Otherwise, it a great place.

The Price is Right!

This space was perfectly adequate for our family of four for a three-night stay at the beach. For North Myrtle Beach or Myrtle Beach in general, we love the location right by Hogs Inlet. Loved being right on the beach which is something we rarely get to experience because it's cost prohibitive. The space accommodated us well. My husband and I were in the one bedroom, my young adult son was on the fold out couch and my tweenage daughter was on the lower bunk bed. There are doors that close that separate all three spaces. That was a wonderful feature. If you're looking at the space, I recommend it!

Great location!

If you are looking for a small, no frills place right on the ocean, this is it!!! We are already looking to book again!!!! There are no skillets for cooking, and the light in the hallway makes the bedroom lit up all night. So come prepared. Small things. They have a security person onsite, he was very helpful. Place was very clean, a/c was great, no complaints!

North Myrtle July Vacation

This location is great. Beach front with balcony. Easy parking in and out. Room was older but nice. Small kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of seating. Comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Easy access to the beach with a wash off location. Beach was closer to use than the pool. So we didn’t use the pool while we were there. We would definitely booked again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here from 7/1-7/7 with boys aged 9 and 6. The location here is fantastic. It is a place where you can fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the sound of waves. The beach is just down the stairs. I can't forget the sea view from the balcony. The room was clean and cozy. However, the size of the room was actually smaller than the picture. And, in fact, there was only one room. And laundry must be shared. Don't forget to bring enough coins. Be sure to bring laundry detergent and laundry rinse.
